From Video game to Dimension to Our World
Fallout 3 is a well known video game. but there is a dimension that replicates this game in every way. Alexandra Rizara. The Lone Wanderer (player character) of this dimension Was slaughtering ghouls and supermutants with her buddys Jericho Charon and Dogmeat. Then a portal opened when a laser rifle hit a mirror and then collided with a superlaser experimental weapon. she was flung into it and appeared in atlas park.
Confused about the clean air, people that wont kill you whenever they see you and the vast majority of people flying around. she knew she wasnt where she belonged. she went a couple nearby heroes and they told her where she was. She has kept ALL of her gear fortunatly and portal corps offered to add a portal function to her pipboy 3000 she wanted to leave. but after seeing all the criminals in the city she shot them and decided to take frequent trips to the wasteland and paragon city.
Captured!
After taking out some warriors in talos island she was shot in the back with a traquilizer gun by The Enclave. when she awoke her arm was injected by somthing to numb her. they were about to cut her arm off for the pipboy until she pulled out a concealed pistol and shot the scientists and broke out of The Enclave base. upon exiting she was unloading on by sentry turrets and fell to the ground bleeding out. she quickly injected a stimpack and healed super fast temporarly allowing her time to escape. She opened a portal and arrived in atlas park.
The stimpack wore off when she still had bullet wounds resulting in her falling on the floor near dead. She was Rescued by a unknown hero and she was taken to a hospital and was put in intensive care for her major wounds.
2 Months Later...
She awoke with her head pounding with pain. the doctor told her that they found a mind control device in her brain. they said they couldnt remove it or she could possibly die. but they could disable it and modify it to shoot psychic bolts at enemys. though the doctor also said that " The side effects from using it would cause great pain so only use it as a last resort until we can find a way to upgrade it." they gave her pills to numb the pain a little. but not fully. soon back on her feet and ready to go she bought a home in paragon and decided to stay.
Equipment Section
((all of her equipment is listed here. again some of the stuff is from fallout 3 which bethesda owns and not me.))
Pipboy 3000: ALWAYS on her arm (non removable). The pipboy 3000 is her advantage in battle. it gives her infinite ammo a map of the area and a teleporting ability. to top all off she has unlimited storage in her pipboy.
Custom Painted T51B Power armor: She tends not to use it since its at her house. but uses it when she knows she needs it on a job
Gauss Rifle: The Gauss rifle is a one shot per clip weapon that contains ammo only very skilled inventors could make in small quantitys.
T71 Ion Pulse Rifle: This is kind of a super weapon being third most powerful since it recharges itself and can fire superlasers. this is the experimental weapon talked about in the first chapter.
The Tesla Cannon: 2nd most powerful Weapon. A Superweapon. This thing can take out helicopters and a heavily armored targets. it can also disable any tech its blast hits.
The Experimental MIRV: Not really a superweapon since anyone could make it. It is a Handheld catapult loaded with 8 Mini nuclear warheads. when they impact into a object they level the entire area around them. thought its only a 6 feet blast radius compared to the real warheads anything in the blast of these things will either be destroyed or greatly damaged. and if all of them hit you if your not a Super. well...lets just say it was nice knowing you...This weapon would be # one most powerful if it wasnt for a new weapon currently in development.
Project T.D.M.C The Dark Matter Cannon. The #1 Superweapon/weapon. she doesnt have it as it is currently being developed in her lab. this weapon fires concentrated nictus energy powered by a mini nictus cyst which somehow contains an unlimited supply of nictus energy. this weapon will destroy most kheldians with a single shot. (only if it works in the textfight :P) and kills nictus and voids (not players players are diffrent) In one shot no matter what. this weapon will also rip humans (again not players) skin right off and leave them with a skelaton with pure nictus energy dripping from thier bones.

Skills
She is skilled with EVERY weapon seeming like shes a master with weapons. in addition shes a master in hand to hand combat. Explosives are a mastery for her. Laser weapons and crafting weapons and armor is also a specialty. she is one of the best Medical Studiers along with scientific studys in the city also.
Reconization
((If your character has icly played fallout 3 and happens to asks where shes from and if she tells you, you will probably look wide eyed at her since she seems to be from the VIDEO GAME. Since the dimension shes from replicates this game. she will tell you about the dimension and how it replicates the fallout 3 game. if you dont really care you will just ask about somthing else probably.))
