Mad Viper: THE AWESOME TOTALLY RADICAL VIGILANTE
Mad Viper, the self proclaimed "Awesomely Totally Radical Vigilante" is a crime fighter in Paragon City. Though he isn't known to have any actual super powers, Mad Viper has been known to do various feats and stunts that are impossible to someone without super powers. Despite who or what he is however, one thing is certain - while some see him as a hero others see him as a pest. He's arrogant, talks a lot, tells often juvenile jokes, does not try to even make sense sometimes, pulls pranks, and has a taste for danger that makes even the most "Darkest" and "Suicidal" heroes beg for sweet life but at the same time, few can ever question his loyalty, bravery, and his undying spirit that makes him the Hero he is.

A lil background of our hero...
There isn't too much known about Mad Viper before he was Mad Viper, it was said that he started out as some college kid that joined the U.S. Army during the Rikti War some years back. There are no records of him being top of his class, or even a drop out except that a few soldiers claim they know him from the Rikti War and claim that he was always admiring Statesman, Sister Psyche, Manticore, Positron and other great heroes. During that time he was stationed in Paragon City.
It wasn't till after this soldier went M.I.A. during a clean up mission elsewhere. He got transfered to another platoon that at the time was apart of a secret 5th Column "Recruitment" and Weapon ring. After an incident during his mission involving a bunch of deaths of 5th Column agents and the exposure of the secret ring, Mad Viper was discharged from the military. Rumor has it he was actually planted there to be the catalyst of revealing suspected 5th Column Activity, however doing so caused Mad Viper to be somewhat scarred mentally and not fit to be a soldier.
The 5th Column didn't take kindly to learning some soldier exposed one of their rings and took out a few of their own, even by accident. They wanted revenge, and so did Mad Viper. Who would have thought that their paths would lead them to confront eachother in Paragon City?
Enter The Viper!
Mad Viper returned to the scene in Paragon after it was rebuilt, in order to persue his hatred towards the 5th Column he applied for being a Registered Hero.
Mad Viper must Die!
(I bet this sounds dramatic... arn't you intriqued? Aww CMON, it involves explosions!)
Harder Better Faster Stronger!
(Well... you gotta have a scene like this- this is the best part!!! It even has Ninjas! You like Ninjas right?)
The Lost Heights
(OOooooooOOOoooo Mysterious Neighborhood in Paragon!)
The Power of the Glow
(Say what!? Hey wasn't that in the movie about...)
It's the Eye of the Viper...
(Oh yeah, he's got the glow, the fist of legend, and other cliche' Martial Arts stuff!)
