A religious zealot, Jeremiah Warren views himself as God's righteous warrior whose duty is to purge the Earth of those with superhuman abilities who he views as "abominations". He is a high-ranking member of the Humans First initiative, a pro-human organization who campaign (often violently) against superhumans, aliens, artificial intelligenci, and non-human looking metahumans.

Having trained both his mind and body extensively since adolescence, Jeremiah possesses peak human physical conditioning and as a polymath, his knowledge and expertise in countless disciplines makes him a both a formidable and dangerous foe. Inflexible, uncompromising, and relentless - Jeremiah will stop at nothing to see his vision realized - a world rid of sinful aberrations.
