Biography
Cassandra Cassedy was only 15 years old when her mutant powers kicked in, allowing her to build and repair any sort of technology as long as she has both a rough understanding of what it is supposed to do and is provided with the necessary resources. She has no actual knowledge she could impart onto others given that she just "instinctively" knows what to do when using this gift. Over the course of the last three years she created all sorts of wacky inventions but recently, her biggest creation so far was made a reality. The "Fun Reactor", as the name suggests, generates energy in the form of plasma if sentient beings in its vicinity are having a blast. Being the upbeat, kindhearted and brave girl that she is, she promptly built a power armor, strapped the reactor onto its back and is now working as a super hero under the name of "Pixel Buster", working with both G.I.F.T. and D.A.T.A. Her parents don't know about her super hero work and she prefers to keep it that way. Two weeks before her registering as a hero, there were some reports by several factories in Steel Canyon about a drone, that clearly wasn't a clockwork bot, smashing through a window, grabbing various materials before quickly buzzing off again...
Gear and Moves
Crafted from steel with a titanium coating, Pixel Buster's power armor is quite durable and thanks to its plasma pneumatic joints almost doesn't hinder her agility and flexibility whatsoever. The strange, scientifically virtually not explainable reactor and the plasma which it produces, dubbed "Pixel Plasma" aren't only used to move the armor though. The plasma can be ejected from both her gauntlets and boots, allowing her to shoot it at high velocity or use it to slide around on. While it is quite hot, direct contact with it is mostly non-lethal, with the actual damaging factor being the velocity with which it is being ejected. That being said, the suit is capable of super heating the plasma to even higher temperatures to, for example, melt through metal doors, which in turn obviously means that contact with it in this state would be very, very dangerous. The reactor itself is, for all intents and purposes, some sort of quantum physics anomaly, somehow generating this plasma out of nothing when sentient beings in a 32 feet radius around it are having a good time. Given that, at heart, Pixel Buster is a massive nerd, she of course has named a all of her signature tricks and maneuvers, and announces them as loud as she can before pulling them off.
Pixel Volley:
Her go to move for almost any situation. Holding out her over sized gauntlets, she shoots globs of plasma of varying diameters at bad guys to overwhelm them.
Pixel Blast:
A move she doesn't use against frail opponents due to it being quite devastating. A small amount of Pixel Plasma is being super heated and then shot out of one of her gauntlets at high speed. Has a very long range and requires some wind up.
Pixel Punch:
Coating her fist in plasma, she delivers a massive punch, often while sliding towards her target for maximum momentum.
Pixel Smash:
She coats both her fists in plasma and interlaces her fingers before delivering a powerful overhead strike.
Pixel Stun:
This is nothing but an ordinary stun gun integrated into one of her gauntlets, delivering an electric shock.
Pixel Skate:
With small amounts of plasma constantly leaking out of her boots, she is able to slide around on it at high speeds.
Pixel Wave:
Ejecting some plasma from her boots, similarly to how she does when using it to slide around, she does an elegant back flip, sending it towards her foes, making them trip.
