Jonathan Quincy Murdoc is a character in the game City of Heroes. Jon Q Vigilante is more of a generic title and not his name.
Jon Q Vigilante first appeared in Issue 3 of the MMORPG. Jon Murdoc is usually solo when patrolling the streets of Paragon, but occassionally can be found on a team working with other heroes in missions, task force, and trials.
