Origins

Aghavni was created in an underground laboratory in Moscow in 1990. In 1991, the Soviet Union collapsed, and one of the scientists, the one whose family name she now carries, Dr. Narek Vartanian, fled to the United States with her. She was created using the DNA of Stalin, and work had begun to create her shortly after his death. Her main purpose was to be the first female ruler of the USSR. Unfortunately, because of the government being overthrown, she never got that chance.

Early Life

Aghavni and Narek led a pretty cushy life once they had gotten to the United States. For the first 3 years they were there, they lived in New York City, in a large upscale apartment complex. Sadly, some of the people who had overthrown the Soviet Union learned of Aghavni's creation, and where she was, and were sent to the United States to hunt down and kill both her and Narek, as there were bounties on both of their heads. When Aghavni was 4, she watched Narek take down a couple of these bounty hunters, and Narek quickly decided then and there, to move to Paragon City. Because of this choice, Aghavni is still alive today.

Powers

Aghavni didn't show any signs of any powers until she was about 13. Narek noticed that she could make her hands and eyes glow whenever she wanted to, and told her that if she kept doing that in public, the bounty hunters would find her. One day at school, she was unable to control this, and accidently shot a beam of energy through a wall. The kids in her class, and her teacher, were shocked. Because she was in a Catholic school, everyone though she was possessed, and as a result, she became an outcast. Although the others made fun of her constantly, she never harbored any ill will towards them. Shortly afterward, she learned that she could also use energy to lift herself up into the sky, and used it frequently to fly about the city, for fun and to get to school and back to her home. At the age of 15, she had gotten control of her powers, and learned to use energy to break down solid matter and send it forward, allowing her to teleport herself, and others. Since she didn't have any friends, she only hung out with her adoptive father, and he was not only a BioEngineer, but also a trained medical Doctor. Because of this, he was able to teach her how to heal others, a skill she still uses to this day.

Vahzilok

One day while walking home from school, she noticed a lot of police sirens, more than she usually heard. She finally arrived infront of her apartment, and saw that all of the police were there, as well as an ambulence, and three heroes. She asked everyone around what was going on, and found out that Reapers and Mortificators, along with a group of Cadavers, Embalmed Cadavers, and Eidolons, hired by the bounty hunters who were after her and her father, had ransacked the entire apartment looking for Narek. They found him, and maimed him. The only reason they could identify him, was his ID card was still on him. The heroes had gotten a call about an apartment being attacked by zombies, and got there as quick as possible. Unfortunately, they weren't able to save everyone. Aghavni was devastated by this, and was the only person present at Narek's funeral, as the other scientists who had created her, were already dead. Aghavni swore revenge on Vahzilok from that day on. She took his old trenchcoat, sold the apartment and all of their possessions, and left.

Hero Corps

Before Aghavni could get revenge, she had to register with Hero Corps. They sent her to a contained area to test her powers out and make sure she would make an adequate hero. She had to defeat and arrest several street thugs who were all on a drug that made them strong and violent. She passed with flying colors, and was finally registered as a super hero.

Career

Before she could get revenge on Vahzilok, she had to first figure out how to get to him. She beat her way through various street thugs, such as Hellions and Skulls. While having a few encounters with minions of Vahzilok, she never learned about his location from him. Because of the difficulty she had, she put revenge on the side for the time being, to focus entirely on being a super hero. Although she is only 17 years old, she has had very few defeats, and the few she's had, she's had other heroes with her to make sure she didn't die. She is currently still searching for Vahzilok, but fears she may never find him.
