Arbiter Reginald Fabulous is in charge of a lesser division of Arachnos known as the Bowl and Doily Spiders. Visual Propaganda and Uniform Design being their primary duties. However, without their keen eye for aesthetics, much of the technology and creations of other departments would not be possible. Arbiter Fabulous, while considered frivolous by many, fought his way tooth and nail (mostly nail) to his position, and his vision and remarks should not be taken lightly.
