Bacchantia is an earthly avatar/champion of Dionysus

When Chloe Marquez was left for dead in an Athens back alley after a brutal attack, the god Dionysus took an interest. His gift of life and power came with a cost - her body was also changed to a human/goat hybrid known as a faun. She remembers the attack, but the emotional scarring that normally would result has been washed away by the wine Dionysus gave to her.

Plant Control

Bacchantia can animate grapevines, causing them to grow rapidly from a handful of cast seeds. They will bind her targets in place, while the sap slowly leaches away their aggression, eventually leaving them in a drunken stupor. She's also been observed casting wine from her goblet, causing whoever it touches to immediately turn their aggression away from her and her allies, and instead engage in rambunctious behavior with their own fellows.

She can also invigorate her allies, even bringing them back from the brink of death. No one knows how she does this, she just smiles and people feel better.
