Origin
On December 27, 2007, a fire broke out at the Enterprise Apartments in Steel Canyon, Paragon City. The result of the fire was the birth of two separate and distinct people. One became Candlelight, a magical fire hero of Paragon City. The other became Candle's Flame, a woman lost and cast out of the city she thought she loved.
