High density diamonds make up most of his being, making him extremely resilient to nearly everything. In the game, he would wield a very heavy mace made of rough diamond with a clear one making up the head, but he disposed of it after he became self-aware when he realized how impractical it was. Even without his primary weapon, he still possesses incredible strength. He also has the ability to dimension shift, which he has made extensive use of.
Known Abilities
Besides what's listed in powers, nothing terribly special.

The Diamond Emperor is the arch-nemesis of the Golden Champion, both in the titular game and out of it. For the basic information on the unifying concept between them, see the Golden Champion article.

In-game Biography

The Diamond Emperor's exact origin is unknown. By the time the game starts, he was already the ruler of a small planet in a dimension where lifeforms based on gems instead of biological cells were the dominant force. Him and his race, the Gemstone Covenant, are unique in that they have dimensional shifting abilities, allowing them to appear on other dimensions at will. It's a haphazard power and requires a great amount of skill to properly use except when the dimension is connected by a Road of Light. With his planet dangerously overpopulated and no other planets on their dimension that can support them within their travel range, they turned to other dimensions. They found six dimensions that could support them, linked them all by the Road of Light, and started invading them. The first dimension they started on was the Metallic Kingdom, kidnapping the princess in hopes of forcing a surrender without terms. Other plots were put forth on the other dimensions, such as trying to subvert the internet on The Future. The Golden Champion fights them on all dimensions, foiling all the plots and eventually defeating the Diamond Emperor.

The Real World

When Katie Jenkins summoned the Golden Champion, she also unknowingly created all seven dimensions from the game and brought forth the full Gemstone Covenant. After the Diamond Emperor kidnapped Katie, he quickly became aware of the situation. Unlike the Golden Champion, he was actually written with connotations of high amounts of intelligence, a trait that transferred over. With minimal research, he quickly found out that Katie is an unawakened goddess and that she unknowingly created them through her divine power to be exactly like the game. He also found out about the many rules that were put on their existence. All the game rules were written in, with the game's progression involving the Crystal Generals and the newly created dimensions to accommodate them at the center of it. If the Golden Champion could defeat the generals, he would most likely become powerful enough to defeat even the Diamond Emperor and the existence of all of them would become void as the "game" completes. It was also this same template that made the Gemstone Covenant immortal and near-invincible except against the Golden Champion.

The Diamond Emperor came up with a plan. He stormed the offices of the game creators to get the final draft script, then used it to find all the Crystal Generals long before the Golden Champion could find the Road of Light in Paragon City. Sealing them away in the sewers of The Future, he then turned towards the world he was summoned to. He realized that it was a vastly superior place compared to any of the dimensions from the game and decided that he wanted to rule it more than anything. But before he could potentially take it over, he needed to find a way to break free from the "game". Not including the minions that got destroyed during the kidnapping of Katie, he wasn't able to summon any of his minions to Earth. As powerful as he is, he wasn't about to take over the world on his lonesome. So he started a new branch of the Gemstone Covenant. Recruiting just about anyone that wanted to seek out objects of power and raid new dimensions, he now seeks a way to break free from the game so he can bring his army to Earth and start his conquest.
