He is an active member of The Resistance against Emperor Cole and his kingdom so many things he does in "Praetoria" are covert and in secrecy. He has recently made his way into Paragon City to gather intelligence on a man named Eddie Polstra who has mysteriously appeared in "Praetoria". This man seems to be getting on the good side of Emperor Cole, and he also seems to be unaffected by Mother Mayhem's mind probes. While this greatly affects The Resistance as a whole, Chris thinks there's something about this man he needs to keep track of and personally goes to seek information about him and what brought him there in the first place.
