Francis Adams

Francis is yet another alt I developed while toiling away at work one day. Over the course of several work shifts I fleshed out enough to feel comfortable actually making him in game. I haven't spent a lot of time on intricate details yet, I'm hoping that this page will stimulate those ideas.

In The Beginning There Was Geek
"Sometimes when I'm bored, or doing recon work, I think about how different my life might have turned out if I had listened to my parents and gone to college."
The Early Years
Early life for Francis was as mundane as it could be for a Southern California boy. There was always a feel good aura in the area, despite the ever present gang influence. Francis wasn't the typical skater/surfer type, he did both but not enough to be anything more than a novice, and was usually just a hanger on to the larger crowd of die hards. He wasn't an over achiever in school, but did well enough to get recognition when he wanted. Sunny days were often the distraction, as the weather didn't always wait for school to end, so it was common practice for many of the students to skip out of school if an extremely good day happened. Lack of scholarship offers and a middle class family killed any chance Francis may have had at going to school on a free ride. With options dwindling, He was approached by an Army recruiter, offering sizable amounts of money to be used towards higher education.
In The Army Now
The drastic change in lifestyle for Francis was as much an eye opener as the many different walks of life the people he met in the Army was. Sunny California was thousands of miles away from Ft. Benning, Ga. Life moves quickly in the Army, there's a structure and form for everything.
