Background
Note: This is my first attempt at creating a biography page for any one of my CoX characters. Please bear with me while I learn how to use Virtue Verse... thank you!
History
Beaten by an uncaring husband, Sissy Tyler found herself at the brink of death many times, clawing as it would seem, to save herself from certain distinction. Like a cat, scratching to be released from her cage, her perseverance was her greatest attribute. Sissy found herself healing from each beating... regenerating to face a new day of battle. The ability to snap back from each brush with death created a powerful force within her.
In between the beating intervals, Sissy found herself conjuring entities to help her get through the darkest hours. These kindred spirits worked along side her, easing her pain, and teaching her how to make her powers stronger and longer lasting.
Aspirations
Sissy Tyler had many goals throughout her 95 years but one of her life's aspirations is to become a known author, worldwide. She has a flair for writing that yearns to be shared; however, she is a person who takes criticism very personally and feels vulnerable sharing her private life with a public audience.

Powers & Abilities
Goat's Doom fights crime in Paragon City with razor-sharp claws, Shivan aliens, Nemesis staff, Electromagnetic Grenades, Warwolf Whistles, Sands of Mu, Stun Grenades, Web Grenades, Wave Scramblers, and the Eye of the Magus, which is sometimes referred to as Archmage juice. All of her weapons are ingeniously designed to look completely harmless before using them to perpetuate deadly force on unsuspecting foes.
Primary
Strike: Melee, Moderate DMG(Lethal)
This is a basic attack that deals a moderate amount of lethal damage.
Slash: Moderate DMG(Lethal), Foe -Defense
This attack can reduce a target's defense, making him easier to hit.
Follow Up: Melee, Moderate DMG(Lethal), Self +Damage
A feint attack that deals moderate damage. After it hits, Goat's Doom gets a large bonus to her accuracy and damage potential, briefly.
Focus: Ranged, High DMG (Lethal), Foe Knockback
Goat's Doom can project a burst of focused power. Focus only travels a short distance, but it can also knock down foes.
Shockwave: Melee (Cone), Moderate DMG(Lethal), Foe Knockback
Projects a shockwave of focused power that can travel a short distance. Shockwave travels in a wide arc in front of Goat's Doom, dealing moderate lethal damage and possibly knocking back enemies.
Eviscerate: Melee (Cone), Superior DMG(Lethal), +Special
Goat's Doom can spin and slash violently, eviscerating all foes in a wide arc in front of her. This attack has an exceptionally good critical hit capability, better than other Claw attacks, that can sometimes deal double damage.

Miscellaneous
Goat's Doom was one of the first protectors of Paragon City to revive the empty hallways of Hero Dawn while earning 560,231 of prestige for the SG. She has since made Goat's of Paragon her home and has been actively helping other Hero Dawn members reach their prestige earning goals.
As she wanders through the streets of Paragon City and gains recognition for her fight against crime, her accomplishments will be updated with new information.
