Personality

Krystal is a very young, happy, full of life girl. She's always been one to help others, even before the acquisition of her powers. Her life, though motherless, has been full of love and joy given to her by her father who raised her. Over her time of two years as a Kheldian host, those known as peacebringers, she's grown in more ways between 16 and 18 than she has the rest of her life. She's one of the youngest known Peacebringer, not to mention her leadership positions in The Jadewire, her Super Team, and in the Vanguard as a Raid Commmander. Though she's grown so much wiser and has learned so much she still retains her joyous, youthful Spirit.

Powers

K.C.'s powers originally come from the symbiote lifeform she is now permanately bonded to. They allowed her to create and control luminous light energy and manipulate it in a myriad of ways. She was able increase her strength based on how much energy she put behind a blow, fly, shoot various powerful blasts, heal herself, and so much more. Because of this energy she was able to recover from the most life-threatening fights and endure more than most could, making her very difficult to defeat in battle. K.C. is always thinking up new ways to use her powers in the time of crisis and danger. In addition to these abilities, She also used to have the ability to change into two other forms but has since integrated her bond and powers more so, dissolving these but increasing her effectiveness, strength and durability in human form.

Through a serious of what most would call impossible events, K.C. lost her abilities as a Peacebringer, and gained an Ionic Energy enhanced body, as well as powerful Telekinetic abilities, with a small side-effect of Telepathy. This makes K.C. almost more dangerous than before, as her Telekinetic powers allow her to do nigh anything with a thought of mind. That is anything within the realm of telekinesis. She currently is finding her way in the studies of both cryo and pyrokinesis, in hopes to master the psionic manipulation of matter. The energy that runs through her veins (in place of blood) allows her to charge, and increase her strength and speed by ridiculous amounts. So then, even with the loss of her symbiote K.C. proves to be a worthy adversary.

Backstory

Life Before Bonding

Krystal was born into a rather financially well off family...sadly her mother died giving birth to her so she was never able to meet her. Still her father took full responsibility and took on the roles of both her mother and father. Her life was generally a very happy one. She was a very good student, started early and skipped a grade. At sixteen she was to graduate high school as valedictorian and go attend Paragon State university at the Metropolis Paragon City, known as the city of heroes, with a full-ride scholarship. As a gift for her accomplishments her father and her uncle, her only known next closest relative, took her in a private jet to the bahamas during the last month of her High School Career. This weekend her entire life changed.

The Bonding

On the way back from the bahamas, on a normal sunny day, the skies darkened almost instantly. The winds changed. Below in the waters they flew over, was an inferno of white fire. Uncontrolled energies focused in this one spot on earth. The balance of unbalanced energies contained in a near perfect triangle...the bermuda triangle. Their course of travel unexpectedly led the three vacationers right to the center of this mystery. There, energies flew uncontrollable in every which way until finally, one struck the plane opening a huge hole in one half of the jet, leaving Krystal to hang on for dear life. Her father tried to reach for her but she slipped, and as she did another raging ball of white plasma struck the plane completely destroying it and all of what was Krystal's family. She cried as she fell, didn't even scream. Her tears trailed in the air after her as she plunged into what she thought would be death. Instead she fell into darkness. A comforting voice spoke unheard words. Then lightness. The next thing she saw was the ocean. She stared at it from far above, a strange feeling of empowerment...yet she felt tired. She closed her eyes...

A New Life as a Hero

She woke up again in Galaxy City, Rhode Island on a bed of the Hero Corp. Headquarters. How she got there...she doesn't even know. As a matter of fact she remembered nothing that happened before bonding. She only knew who she was and the basics of human life. She didn't know where she was from, who her family was or anything. She soon found that she had numerous powers based off of light energy...something she didn't understand. She learned after weeks she indeed had an alien life form bonded to her, one known as Seri'lyn Wasalu, a kheldian, who introduced herself to her and she became very good friends. The kheldian explained to her that the first few months would be hard since they'd had a completely unplanned, unprepared for bond. Indeed they were, she was constantly sick and threw up several times a day. At times K.C. grew very discouraged, but she always pulled through. The misknowledge of her past giving her presumably nothing to lose, he began working for Hero Corp., training and honing her abilities. After a while she gained complete control, and fully accustomed to the symbiote bond. She realized Hero Corp. began treating her as a trashy lowly private despite all the pumping up they did for her when she joined. She quit, still registered as a hero with the government, but now vigilante. She grew smarter, and stronger, and a greater hero everyday, when one day she met Aural Feedback... an officer of the secret hero organization known as the Jadewire. She has since been promoted to Captain of this organization, where she now leads it to the best of her ability and has and joined the Vanguard to fight off the alien rikti invasions. She has with them since been made a Raid Commander due to her shining leadership skills.

Death and Rebirth

After years as leader of the Jadewire, K.C. was unfortunately attacked by enemy Warshades. Come to find out, one of them was her corrupted father, and by his hands, she met her end. The nictus bonded monster, just proved too much for her to handle. She received a service by the Jadewire, a funeral by which she was honored as a great captain, and a young woman who achieved above and beyond in her goals to become the best at what she did. But the wire, some members of it at least... would not let this sleep. A plan was formulated to bring her back. The energies of a friendly nictus kept her body in a status that would help it to avoid decay as they did so. Epiphany, a powerful telepath performed the task of relocating her mind which had not crossed over quite yet, in the spirit realm. With extreme effort to the point of inflicting his own abilities on her mind, he pulled it into her body again, but only at the precise moment of the Jadewire's technician Considebalt, jump starting her new mechanical heart with his own form of Ionic energy, flowing through her veins. In a one out of a million chance, the process worked, and K.C. was reborn.

She began immediately her studies on honing her abilities as a psionic, and took her leave as captain of the Jadewire, stepping down to the position of specialist. Most of her time was spent in the realm of the menders, to try to save time... but time is nothing to play with. She far overused and abused the kindness of the time keepers and she was in turn punished. The loss of her memories ensued as consequence. She remembers learned functioning and basics of life, basic knowledge, but in depth knowledge of friends, home, work, and position in society, were all lost... again.

Seri'lyn

Seri’lyn Wasalu was K.C.’s Kheldian, symbiote life form. Seri’lyn was trained for over 1000 years to prepare to bond with a well-trained human host. She was never assigned one but always stood on standby. Over her years she stood her ground and battled on the Rikti planet before they’d even reached earth. Her travels too her through various star systems although at the time she met her current host K.C. she stood as a guardian that helped to keep in balance the energies of the Bermuda triangle so that they wouldn’t extend past their current boundaries.

Upon seeing the first blow to K.C.’s jet and noticing the teenager hanging on for dear life, she knew that she would do something that would change both her and Krystal’s life forever, in order to save it. She bonded with the young untrained teenager, knowing it was against code of her star system. Moreover she chose to bond separately, meaning she would retain her own mind, and K.C.’s hers. She knew the girl’s life would be changed forever and figured the least she could do was allow her to retain her youthfulness, only with her guidance.

Seri was a very wise, faithful Kheldian who respected Krystal completely and only took over when absolutely necessary. She kept Krystal aware at all times, even when she was asleep, allowing her to be more perceptive than the average life force. Seri has since, passed on in battle, though K.C continues to live. She would miss her companion dearly if not for having memory loss, and even despite that, a hole sits in her mind, a empty space that seems to be missing, and cannot be filled

Romance

Krystal has probably one of the most unique romantic relationship lives in paragon city. Despite her strong attraction to men, and her being a complete heterosexual K.C .’s first love turned out to be a woman named Kinata Koso, a person with multiple personalities and emotions that are in constant flux. K.C. realized this when she met Kinata’s love/passion personality which instills lust into the heart of the person she is pursuing. Although after going after Krystal one time, they both fell in love, and the passion personality wanted Krystal and no one else. Krystal helped Kinata to bring all of her personalities together in one, and yet the love still crossed over. Kinata didn’t understand the difference between man and woman as for as romantics, but only the feeling of love, and Krystal knew she wasn’t generally attracted to women but had fallen for Kinata nonetheless. They were lovers in some ways but only best friends in others. Because of the strange circumstances it was their mutual agreement that Krystal and Kinata both be allowed to pursue men. Due to her memory loss and Kinata's venture to another Galaxy, K.C. has forgotten and has no idea who Kinata is.

Kinata & K.C.

Currently K.C. and Kinata have went separate ways, of course still in the same organization, Kinata is now married to Sara, a warshade of the Jadewire.

Sometime after Meeting Kinata and far before her rise to leadership, K.C. formed a huge crush on Johnny Turbo. Johnny noticed and took advantage of this, he said he cared, but didn't show what K.C. thought a man should show, but thought naively that she could change him. She, needless to say, didn't and ended up losing her virginity in the process but cut him off after the neglect became too much for her to handle.

After Turbo, K.C. found herself in vibrant relationship with a man by the name of Ian, known as Javelin in armor. Being the most respectful Gentleman she'd met by a long shot his kindness and charm quickly swept her off her feet, but through his secret assignments a scarcity in her life a silent break in their relationship occurred.

K.C.was before her memory loss in love with a man named Hiryu Kushinada, she expressed this to him, but through complications they have decided to maintain only a friendship, but she doesn't remember him anyhow. K.C. is Single
