Origins
Kazimer was created in an alternate dimension, where Russia achieved global domination and I.A.T.A. controlled for the most part, the entire world. Kazimer was created as a super solider for I.A.T.A., created with the incredible ability to mutate at high rates. This allows him to be immune to nearly any disease. Although, Kazimer is a tube-born, spending sixteen years of his life inside of a cloning tank. This fact would mold Kazimer into was he is today, never seeing a female until he was twenty and never experiencing childhood.
After that long sixteen years Kazimer was quickly thrown into battle, mastering war quickly and at the age of twenty became a commander of the Russian I.A.T.A. forces. This led the scientists to devise inter-dimensional technology, and after years of research they created a portal to Primal Earth. Thus, Kazimer traveled into the Rogue Islands, unaware that he would soon forge quite a insane and unpredictable path for himself.
Archanos
In Rogue Islands Kazimer quickly saw the power of Archanos, and joined the Archanos Tower. That is not only where he gained much of his power within Archanos today, but where he got some of his best henchmen. At one point, Archanos Tower contained almost 10 lackeys under Kazimer command, this may be the reason why he was kicked out of the Tower.
Downfall of AUC
Quickly after V.S.T.F. was admitted into AUC, the new leader (Fortunata Sanguine) disappeared, leaving AUC in turmoil. This not only led the Shadowcasters to merging with AED, but also caused Sierra Squad to quit AUC as a whole. By the time Sanguine returned everyone had officially thought AUC was dead, but Kazimer still thinks that he can rebuild it. All he needs is to put his skills to work.
V.S.T.F.
Kazimer created V.S.T.F before AUC died, but not by a long stretch. V.S.T.F is a R&D company that for the most part, works for Archanos, although, they still do business with other organizations, and have even made an alliance with the Shades of Tiamat. Plunging into darkness
Times have been tough to Kazimer, constantly making new enemies took a strong toll on him and even somehow drove him into insanity further. But that isn't even the biggest worry. After his former wife Natalia Slavoltski left him, in a last stand to get her back he made her his servant. But after Natalia was raped by some Archanos grunts she couldn't even go near men as a gender. Kazimer tried time and time again but could never win her back, and when she gave birth to five children Kazimer came to a huge choice: leave what pained him most out of anything in his villainous existence or take care of his children. In the end he chose to stand by his children and endure the inner torment of seeing his once loving wife, who now fears him with every fiber of her being for something he did not do.
Losing humanity
After a few Drow from House Vrinn attacked V.S.T.F. and totally uncovered more and more traitors, Kazimer began to plunge into insanity even further. He at one point even thought that Dahlia (Pitch Blacke's wife) loved him, in the end it turned out to just be a plot to get a tracking chip on him (Although nobody expected him to kill himself then search through his own dead body, uncovering the chip.)This caused him to seek to kill Natalia once and for all, but once he sent for her he killed her, although this is what he sought it was not in the manner he wanted. Being the unpredictable him to accidently psychopath Kazimer is, he began to drain his life force into her to revive her. But then something happened. Natalia could not remember anything, not even her own name. Strangely enough Kazimer did not take advantage of this...Fully. He told her all about how she left him but he included the fact that the reason she was at his office is that she wanted to take him back.
Kazimer sat alone in the shadows of his office after Natalia left, he thought to himself.
"She stole my humanity. Now that she is with me though..I feel things again: Remorse, caring...Fear. She is what makes me weak, yet...I can't live without her."
Power to kill a god
After accepting a challenge to a duel to the death for Natalia's location, Kazimer devised a plan. He stole two serums and created the ultimate serum. But he ignored his daughter’s pleas for not going. All he did was drink and sleep until the fight, so sure he would win. He almost did win, and the first two serums alone gave him the power to punch Pitch from Grandville all the way to Nerva island.
But as Kazimer went to give the killing blow, he dropped dead. He couldn't handle the power of all three serums and his body gave out. As his daughter Rita held him, he told of his son 'Vadim', a person who only recently came to the Rogue Islands and has now been discovered to be the last biological relative left from his home dimension.
Foreshadowing of malice
Strange noises can be heard from the cybernetics lab late at night, a few scientists were asked what it was but their lips were sealed. Literally. Somebody does not want what is going on in the lab to get out in both words and in literal means. Whatever is brewing at V.S.T.F. it cannot be good, and what would see unrelated could be chaotic, as Vadim recently acquired Kazimer's old AI chip.
A horrible plot
Kazimer never died. The death, Vadim taking his place, all planned out. It appeared that Kazimer was dead for good at the sight of his demise, but in reality he was teleported away to I.A.T.A. Earth to take control of the dimensions armies, preparing to make a second arrival to Primal Earth. Now Kazimer has came back, still allowing Vadim to take his place at V.S.T.F., he simply is the leader of Cybernetics, allowing him to focus more on his own dimension and his evil plans to destroy and ravage the planet.
Coming back to Rogue Islands
Kazimer seems to have changed. He no longer feels for Natalia, and he seems back to his old self. Kazimer has finally retaken his old position at V.S.T.F. after seeing what a train wreck leaving his son to it was, now many just saw V.S.T.F. as Vadim's little brothel. At one point that was not far off from the truth. But now Kazimer sits at his chair, sharpening his knife as he plots evil once again, seeking to reclaim V.S.T.F.'s old reputation...Starting with taking down the hero Night Dusk.
Faultline date night
After Night Dusk turns out to not be an issue, V.S.T.F moved onto Sulfuren, but for the most part Kazimer stayed out of it. Late nights in Pocket D always led to him following out a woman to Faultline, a different stranger every time. Then finally the truth is revealed: in his depression he tried to fill a void by kidnapping women, forcing them on dates with him. Rita, a girl who used to be his 'daughter' (it was later revealed they had no biological relation) soon revealed to him the location of her biological mother, prompting Kazimer to kidnap her from the Grandville insane asylum. It seems as though Kazimer actually spent about a month there in the violent ward, explaining not only his mask but the 'mysterious building' that he was put in by Longbow upon his arrival to Primal Earth. Kazimer keeps Rita's mother bound in a hidden part of V.S.T.F now, waiting until the time is right to go back to her.
After finding out that Rita's mother was more insane than Kazimer himself, he let her go after destroying any memories of him, and thus he continued his kidnapping spree. After a few more kidnappings he finally found a woman, a hero named Snowblind. She went on a date with him but when he asked for her to move with him to Russia to V.S.T.F., she, unknown to him, used her clone, Snowbright. Although to her surprise, Kazimer didn't mind this at all.
A long time since
After major plans were put in place and have so far been quite a victory (Allying with and betraying Mot, and building a ion cannon on the moon) Kazimer was faced with one challenege he never saw coming: Natalia Slavoltski. Although he had the power to rip her to shreds then and there, she informed him that her girlfriend broke up with her and wanted to be back with Kazimer. He thought of this and he came to the conclusion of, if nothing else? She would make a good trophy. Kazimer accepted her offer, and now rules V.S.T.F. with an old memory by his side.
The Finale
Taking a portal to (Champions Online) a different dimension, Kazimer and many other V.S.T.F. members start anew in this hero-filled city, adjusting to not being able to do crime so harshly anymore.
Strengths
Mutation Due to the fact that his blood is highly mutatable, Kazimer's main idea of power seems to be to become everything that his current enemy is weak against. This is also one of his weaknesses, but this does in fact sometimes works, it also keeps his enemies on their toes, since they have came to learn to not expect anything from Kazimer, just simply roll with his newest plethora of attacks.
Wealth and Power Saying Kazimer is wealthy is an understatement, he personally funds for V.S.T.F. quite a bit and uses his personal armies from his home dimension to carry out some of his attacks. Being a billionaire certainly pays off for Kazimer, although everyone including himself knows that it can sometimes get to his head.
Mot's Power As the leader of V.S.T.F., he got most of the power that they stole from Mot. With this power he can heal himself and others at incredible rates, making him an even better leader in combat then before.
Weaknesses
Mutation Being both strength and a weakness, what weakens Kazimer is the fact that he changes mutations so quickly and he alters himself so much, he cannot truly master his power. He may be unpredictable, but he is never truly masterful of his newest power.
Insanity Kazimer's list of psychological disorders span for miles. Literally, Czar was bored one time so he tried it. Kazimer's major downfall is the fact that he is extremely mentally unstable, often doing things for no reason. One of the biggest and most obvious showings of this is his anger. He will draw a pistol in the middle of a perfectly reasonable conversation for the smallest reasons, and is often enough fully ready to pull the trigger.
Mortality Even though he has clones, Kazimer is very much killable. It has become apparent before that he is just a cyborg and time and time again it is his downfall.
Target Observations

Madame Emacia and Maleya: Subjects are of high income and of low trust. Be advised when approaching, be polite. If you can’t be polite, violence is also a good secondary option.
Zero Hikari: Subject is of high levels of wrath. Be advised to not anger him, subject is stronger when angry.
Pitch Blacke: Subject is extremely dangerous, but also extremely arrogant. Use his arrogance against him and refrain from combat unless prepared with high light-based powers.
Pink Dahlia: Subject is of low overall intelligence but is far more dangerous than her husband, Pitch. Use her mind against her instead of full on confrontation.
Arbiter Matrix: Subject is fairly stupid, and quite weak. Threat is low, use caution if not of high standings with Archanos, due to his rank.
H-3X: Subject is of very low threat. Subject is extremely friendly even to hostiles. Use caution though, words can be different than actions.
Natalia Slavoltski: *The file is empty, but there is security footage ten minutes after the file is created of Kazimer going on a drinking binge in the cafeteria*
Nine-Ball and UU: He is the only villian in his damn group with any intelligence over that of a house cat.Although I may make deals with him, I find it useless trying to negociate with those fools.
Night-Dusk: I'm not even sure why im makeing a document on him.This man is a widower with a batman fetish who lives in Paragon.End of story.
Belabor: I do not care what people think of him, this man...Is the biggest push-over ever. I want to see the day when somebody fails to command him.
Corporate Devil: At first I thought to myself 'oh wow Satan himself working for us, that will be great'...Now I regret every moment of it.
Reppu: ..........F*CKING HEROES!
Arachnos Tower: Why Lord Recluse still funds these idiots is beyond me.There is only maybe...Six real members to them, and half of them could be crushed quite easily under V.S.T.F.'s boot. And that anger or engur girl or...However you say it...It is like a bad movie.

Angelfish: This woman is a joke. Thinking that you can surpass V.S.T.F. when you are a mere shark woman with a rag-tag group of would-be villians? Let's see what we have here. An emo child. A couple (literally) of scientists.And let us not forget the two cricket people, whome have absolutely no relation towards Arachnos itself. Just...Im done here.
Asmodeus: I don't really know what to say about him. He owns the circle of lust I think...He's black also? I'm not sure that really matters though...Hm.
John Starkweather: John is a good man and a even better friend, he is very trusting and he is also the most emotionally weak person i've ever met to build such an orginization. He is the leader not what his people need, but what they want. Of course i'd never attack him. The blind leading the blind can be easily led.

My OOC rant
This is a little OOC rant about something I absolutely dislike: themesongs.Now by all means, have a theme song. Hell, most of my toons have them...But why do you need to add every single song from your ipod that even vaguely fits your charector?Pick one favorite.Because the more you add, the more you make a scottish canadian rant on about it in his own charector's Virtueverse.
