Kiss Off is the creation of Primana, who can be reached in-game at @Primana or on the CoH boards at the same name. Originally intended to be simply a way to blow off steam (MMs make PvE easy mode), she developed quite the delightfully morality-free personality that soon made her a favorite character. There's something just fun about playing someone who's bad simply because she doesn't give a damn.

Affiliations
Kiss Off is a freelance mercenary, and not directly associated with any known organizations operating in the Rogue Isles. She has formed a group by the name of "Sod Off" with her partner-in-crime, Nick Cruise. Where you find one of them, you usually find the other.
Personality
Kiss is in it for what Kiss can get out of it. She's selfish, vain, egotistical, and is lacking in any real empathy or sympathy for her fellow human beings. She has little use for most people and doesn't bother to hide her disdain for them. She's the sort who would only complain about a school shooting if it happened near her and she got blood spattered on her white clothes.
Powers
Kiss has the ability to emit pheromones that can enslave a small portion of the male population to her will. As a side effect of the process that made her capable of emitting these pheromones, she also produces a large number of other secretions, most of which are toxic.
Thugs Mastermind
Susceptibility to Kiss' pheromones has nothing to do with willpower, intelligence, or any other high-minded trait. There's just a genetic marker that makes someone susceptible sitting on the Y chromosome somewhere.
Kiss has been known to enslave a scientist or two, but she concentrates her efforts on street trash. Accordingly, she has built up a posse of six that follow her around. From time to time, one of them will die and she will head out in search of a replacement. She feels no particular tie to these men and doesn't even bother to learn their real names. She just calls them, "Kid", "Puppy", "Boy", "Dude", etc. Though she would never admit it, she chooses street trash because she thinks it won't attract Arachnos's ire. If she went around enslaving investment bankers, other people might be a bit put-out and then she'd be there with a bunch of white collar sycophants trying to defend her from Tarantula Mistresses and whatnot. By using gang bangers, she figures it's a win-win: she gets her groupies and there are less of them running loose on the street.
The pheromones she produces denature quickly in open air. Close proximity is required to get the full effect. A small, enclosed space will enhance the effect.
Poison
Kiss is poisonous. She's also venomous. Every bodily fluid she produces contains toxins; sweat, tears, spit, vaginal fluid, it's all deadly in direct contact. Kiss doesn't kiss, or do much of anything else of a physical nature for that matter. She initially had a very high turnover rate of men in her little posse, but one can presume the pleasure of having a bunch of sex slaves was somewhat dampened by the need to dispose of the bodies. Plus there's all the foaming at the mouth and screaming in agony that just sucks all the fun out of things.
Like her pheromones, the poisons seem to denature quickly in open air. Kissing her may well prove deadly, but if she spits at you it might only make you sick for a time. Additionally, she can produce compounds that promote rapid healing, and one that seems to be nothing more than a mild soporific.
Flight
Kiss has gained her flying ability via an anti-gravity belt generously "donated" to her by an enthralled geek. Having no further use for the man (at the time -- she can be short-sighted), she thanked him with a kiss.
Equipment
In addition to the anti-grav belt, Kiss is rarely seen without her sunglasses. They don't perform any special function, they're just sunglasses. She thinks they look cool, though, and they do a passable job of preserving that ice-cold merc image she likes so much.
Character History
Kiss' origin can be found in "Apple of Sodom", linked below. Prior to that story, her history was all too banal. She was a runaway who came to the Rogue Isles, thinking to strike it big. Instead she got addicted to drugs, became a hooker, and that's the sum total of her life. It's worth noting that, due to the extensive surgery performed upon her, Kiss no longer looks her age. She appears in her mid-twenties.

Not having come from the Zig, Kiss wasn't rescued by Arachnos for their little Destined One program. So how'd she get a name, a threat level, and killer threads from the Facemaker? Let's just say sometimes you shouldn't be a wise-ass with the guy with the computer.
