Personality
Kuro is almost a bully. She's big, she's tough and she knows it. Having no problem taking what she wants, and having even less of a problem hurting someone who doesn't like the idea doesn't mean she's a complete bitch though, she's almost courteous to most people she meets out at random. She's pretty much a free spirit. Not much bothers her, and even less actually gets her really pissed off, even though she always seem to be borderline enraged when fighting.
She's a realist about almost everything. She's got no problem asking for help: She can't win against everything and she definitely knows she's not the smartest when it comes to tech, magic or other possible obstacles. She also likes money, she likes being able to live comfortably and not have to worry about nitpicky details like food, clothing, place to stay. So she's not against doing things for money, although she has no real rep as a mercenary, a few people may have heard she'll smash things for cash.
She's quick to grin, laugh and throw a (bad) joke out. Speaking her mind is not something she thinks twice on in most cases. She recognizes and respects power, both the physical and social kinds, though a brat snob is probably not going to get on her good side.
Kuro is also something of a masochist, and as with the rest of her personality, isn't shy about it. Punching her only encourages her. Though there is a level of pain she will turn to defending herself, even against those with seeming playful intentions. If she knows you're tough she might intentionally instigate something just to get hit.
She also has something of a softer side, mostly because of some of the changes to her genetics. She has a very strong family sense, but it rarely shows itself due to the nature of the isles. She is also a notorious snuggler, although this is a side people won't see of her unless they pursue it.
