Captivity
Leon lived a normal life. he went to school,stuied hard at night,had a loving family. But when Leon Turned 12 his psychic power started to show as he manipulated a trash can and it hit the principal and his body split in half. Leon was then reported by a police officer who was walking by when it happend. a half an hour later Leon was Captured, they used sleeping gas on him he got sleepy...and fell asleep
Psi Training
When Leon woke up he found out he was in The Psi training facility. He was then put through psi training courses for 10 years when Leon Turned 22 He was told that was all he could be trained for the moment and he was told he could leave. Leon then left and joined the us army
The Years of War
Leon Was instantly promoted to Elite soldier as he joined the army due to his psychic abilities. he first went with his squad in the rouge isles and took down some arachnos plans. then a year after he was sent to fight in the War for 5 years. He only came back to his home when he was either ordered to or told he could go home for awhile. When he came back to his base after a battle the general wanted to see Leon Alone...
Psi Expert Training
The General had news for Leon. He had been told that Leon Was to report to the Advanced Psi Training Facility. Leon had said his goodbyes and went to the Training Facility. he was then put through Many Tests for 4 years. afterwards Leon was told the only way he could get better was to seek training from one of the masters...
Psi Mastery
Leon Had Chose to go to the master of telekinisis he had trained with him for 2 years and was released. Leon had realized that he wanted more then this and traveled to each of the 40 psi masters each for 2 years. first was the mind drain master who had captured a enemy soldier for Leon to Mind drain. Leon was told he could make himself younger by draining the psyche from his foes. Leon was also told that every psi master had known this ability for awhile. Leon was now 21 and had set off for the rest of the trainers. 2 years of training from the master of mind draining and Leon was told that the master of mind drain says that all the masters could train Leon Everything they could teach him. Leon had now set off on his Journey to train with all the masters.
Complete Psi Mastery
Leon had traveled around the world for 80 years training with each and every master of psi powers. he had been told by every master "now that you have our power unlock your mind for our true potential" Leon was puzzled but then figured it out he was to go inside his own mind and unlock the power hidden in his mind. leon seemed to be gone for a short time. but he was gone for 4 more years. Leon was back in the real world with all the powers true power unlocked. he isnt human anymore...hes a god.
Leader of Psi ops
Leon had figured out the name of the orginization that made the training facility. Psi ops, a group of elite soldiers that know psychic arts. Leon was of course on top of the facility and they all petitioned that he would be the new leader. even the old leader himself petitioned as no one but leon managed to do what he did. Leon was promoted to the leader and now he offers his soldiers and recruits the training they need.
Powers
Telekinesis: Leon can Lift mostly Anything he wants with telekinesis, this includes skyscrapers.
Pyrokinesis: Leon can create flames out of pure psi energy
Mind Control: Leon can Control The minds of Most enemys and will somtimes make them commit suicide. he can even control the minds of robots, cybernetic brains and undead brains. he may somtimes be able to control the mind of his dead enemys depending on how damaged the body is
Psi Vision: Leon can see and sense Demonic Magical And Supernatrual auras,objects and living things that cant be seen by the naked eye.
Illusion Control: Leon can make anything into a illusion such as zombies dragging you into the ground or your best friends bursting into flames.
Remote Viewing: Leon can see things past doors and objects. this is useful when hes sneaking around.
Decoys: Leon can turn anyone he wants into himself. not for real though it only appears that way for the person he wants to buy the trick.
Psychic Blasts: Leon can turn psi energy into lightning,fire and ice the fire blast is weaker then pyrokinesis as these blasts arent made from complete psi energy. Leon may also turn the lightning and ice into pure psi energy though.
Mind Draining Leon can drain the mind of anyone who is either dead or alive. though the target must be weakend or unaware of Leon if it is to be used to its full potential. as it will allow leon to regain his youth and he can also learn new things that his victim had known.
