Leonir
Player: @Hephastion
Also known as: Leonir, Joshua, Avarise, and several others
Age: Appears to physically be in his late 20's
Description: There is no single description that would always be fitting for this shapeshifter
Base of Operations: The Etoilles (Rogue Isles)

Leonir is a man neither young nor old. He seems to have appeared in the Etoilles in early 2009. Civil and courteous for the most part, elegant manners and polite it seems. A chance encounter with Raith Karanis led to a discussion, during which an apologetic Raith became somewhat intrigued by Leonir and asked him to guest at Inevitable Evolution for a few weeks; after clearing this with an IE Director.

Joshua Tagliano

Joshua was born an average mutant. He was a shapeshifter from birth, so he was always what people wanted to see. He lived to appease others and one day that cost him quite alot. At a young age, he encountered the Council and when they saw what he could do, they began to perform experiments on him to harvast the power for their own to create super-spies. It was not just Josh's physical form that changed when he shifted his shape but everything about him, so if they could harvest such abilities they saw it as a great way to create spies.

Unfortunately for Josh, he didn't know how to fight to defend himself when they abducted him to perform these experiments. So as a result, he spent his young life into his adulthood living in a small cell and occasionally being taken out to be experimented on. This was his life until around his twentieth birthday when he managed to escape by posing as a guard, they had assumed they broke his wall by that point, so had made it easy for him to escape without getting into any fights along the way.

Leonir

Leonir isn't really a man, he is a spirit. The man died centuries ago in the early part of the 1300's. The man was a wizard, he had the rare gift for magick and as such was able to alter his world to fit his desires. He wasn't the most powerful wizard of his time but neither was he the weakest, he specialized primarily in controlling others and himself completely with his magick, no one would die nor age nor get sick or healthy around him if he did not will it to be. As such, Leonir himself was effectively immortal. He did not live in great big castles like other wizards of the time, he didn't bow down to the kings of Europe nor did he even live in Europe for that matter. He became king of a small tribe in South America.

Eventually though, Leonir did let his body die...not because he was dying at the time, but because it had been two centuries since his birth and as such he wanted a new form. He became spirit only at that point and took over new bodies that interested him from then on. So for the next several centuries, he frequently changed forms and identities with each new stolen body. ...Around 2001, happened across a man who shifted forms infront of him, it was intriguing enough that he stole the man's body and kicked his spirit out of it within seconds of first seeing it.
