Little Miss Vagary/The Azure Jackal

The following is the continued adventures of the pirate ship run by Captain Wings (Zarp Draken) and his First Mate (Little Miss Vagary). The first section is a retelling of what's found on the little girl's page but read to find out more in the following sections!
aka The Blue Dogthing
The ship. The cafe at the Foundation with it's underground lair. Surrounded by blue water infested with sharks. On April 7th, 2008 it was finally revealed to Helen- a long awaited surprise. And what ensued will never be forgotten.
While discussing things in that pirate way with yars and maties and such with Helen they were attacked by the tickle pirate Captain Benchy of The Red Baboon. First Mate, Vagary, took him on - crying out "I'll Lubber you!", but lost to his tickle powers, eventually calling parlay- though she has no clue what that means. They offered him a job as a cook to make them steak forever and he accepted. Then their captive- Helen- turned on them. They'd kept her after they took down the ship she was on -The Golden Acorn- that was headed to Sneakerland on a journey of peace- and she pulled a gun! A fight ensued and all fought valiantly. Captain Freddy of The Green Apple came to rescue Helen. His sword was sharp but he never waivered-- well.. only once when he was offered a position as Navigator-- but he wounded Benchy before taking on Captain Wings himself. And this was Captain Freddy's loss as he was forced to walk the plank and subsequently eaten by sharks. Needless to say the swooning Helen was left without a dashing hero to save her.
Yet it was interrupted when Jade sent a message to both Helen and Vagary saying she wanted to talk to them. ((Power outage! GRRRR!)) But there WILL be more adventures to be had on The Blue Dogthing and more crewmembers to be found!
Party turned Confrontation, Kidnapping and Rescue
On Thursday May 15, 2008 the crew of The Azure Jackal held a party. Inviting those from all around to attend the festivities in Pirate gear aboard the vessel the list of those who came included: Zarp Draken, Vagary, Saint Helen, Thorn's Bane, Neo Trick Shot, Mechanizm, Pennae, Lightedge, Zeal Drain, Wynter Maiden, Relana, Liberty Vanguard, Ramiel Alexander, Frostwing Moonglow, Byleth, Shinobi Archer, Deviant Redemption, Aisynia, Audentia, Jack Nevins, Mr. Zen, Nu Guy, Artemis's Siren, Pure Twilight, Sunder Shock, Vigil, Empyre.
Frostwing brought out her Tickle Sky Sharks which played havoc above their heads.
It was revealed that Pirate Kyle has the key to "the locker".
She tries to tackle but falls through his corporeal form. "Oh man! That's sooooo not fair."
Mr. Zen slips into a legalese voice. "Pirate code section 4b, subsection 192, paragraph 7 says, and I quote, 'Everything belongs to the Ghost King'." He adds an "ARRRRR!" at the end for good measure.
Mr. Zen grabs Liberty Vanguard by the arm. "Ye look like a likely drivelswigger. Or a land lubber!"
Later on she asks him if he'll go corporeal so she can hug him. He picks her up in his arms and then "ARRRR! I have captured ye first mate, Captain! What say ye now?" He takes her off to his ship: The large table in the Oversight Center.
Arty kept encouraging "Magizarp" to attack. At one point Mr. Zen asks, "Er.. Parlay?"
Mr. Zen holds how his arm and a vague outline of a sword seems to form from it; dust particles hover around it, dancing in the air. It seems he's formed a gravity blade. "On yer guard, pretender!"
Captain Wings and The Ghost King fought. Neither one winning, despite the dancing in the background! Eventually the BUM RUSHED him and he dissipated! Vagary was freed from her prison!
They returned to The Azure Jackal, celebrating their victory. Yet they hear Vigil's voice over the Foundation speakers: "Executing Final Program. Message to all pirates from: Mechanizm. "While you were all busy fighting at sea. I pillaged your ports and made off with your treasure. Arrg." end message. Offline. Yar.
As they enjoy their victory the sounds of their prisoner in the brig below come through loud and clear. Vagary fetches her, bringing her to join in the festivities. Saint Helen throws on a thick Southen accent. "Why Ah do declayuh! I can't bulieve ya'll'd hurt lil ole me, now would you?" When told she might be forced to walk the plank, Saint Helen puts her hand to her chest. "Lil ole me? Walk that big ole plank? Why bless your little ole hearts, you wouldn't do such a thing!" They suggest she become a pirate and she answers, "Well Ah.... Ah nevuh! Ah ain't no pirate, and Ah ain't gonna become one. Why Ah'd rather take mah chances with the shahks! Oh goodness no! Ya'll wouldn't keelhaul lil ole me!"
They did discover that Ramiel is a spy for the Sky Sharks. Sharks in this Foundation do not like red hair and so those who have it are safe. Those with red skin, like Des, unfortunately are VERY tasty treats!
One attending pirate made her name known (Neo Trick Shot), "I be Red Queen meanest Pirate, looter and lair on land or seas."
There was an costume contest held! And there's pictures too! The losers had to walk the plank until there stood only three! 1st place: Thorn's Bane. 2nd place: Empyre. 3rd place: Artemis's Siren. Mr. Zen got an honorable mention since he showed up after the finalists were chosen.
