Origin
Black Fox was born to English parents, but was captured and raised by Croatoan Indians after the Colony was lost in 1587. He earned the name "Black Fox" for a parody of his white skin and his craftiness.
On a hunting expedition, he was thrown off a cliff, and left to die. He was healed by the goddess Soniac, who charged him with keeping the humans safe and at bay. Unfortunately, over the years, he failed in this mission, often. He participated in many wars, often on the losing side.
Nazi Germany and the SS
After almost 350 years of living, Black Fox had decided he'd had enough, and asked the goddess to release him from service. She agreed that this would be his final eighty years on Earth. He went to Denmark, and worked in Germany as a bricklayer just as the depression hit. He found himself stuck in Germany, while they struggled with reparations to the Allies after The Great War.
Soon enough, he found himself with a group of men called the Sturmabteilung, also known as the SA. A part of the SA broke off to be Adolf Hitler's personal bodyguard, the Schutzstaffel, or the SS. His squad eventually turned into the Leibstandarte, and just before the war started in 1939 with the Polish invasion, he was taken out of that unit and put in a newly created division, SS-Das Reich. He stayed with this division for the duration of the war, rising to the rank of Standartenfuhrer (colonel).
Ice man
In January of 1945, he was approached by Heinrich Himmler to participate in an experimental procedure. They would freeze him, and he would be revived as soon as they had the technology to do so. He agreed to it, and in Februrary, 1945, was frozen. He still had 20 years left.
His body was passed on as a curiosity, eventually ending up in the Paragon University cellars. By this time, no one knew who he was or where he had originally come from. A scientist did eventually find him, and brought him to his lab to wake him up. When he awoke, he remembered everything, and attempted to continue his life as if he was still an SS officer. He soon realized what an anachronism he is, so he keeps his beliefs quiet.

- He is a racist and a bigot, but he doesn't show it. He "suffers" in silence.
- Has given up on the goodness of humanity.
- Feels that it is his "duty" to protect things and people that he doesn't agree with. He honestly doesn't care.
- Participated in many war crimes but will constantly deny it.
- Is immortal and cannot die, however he can be beaten into unconsciousness.
