Official Backstory

Mack 10 was a normal Crey Drone... until he winced. You heard me, winced. He made a face. He didn't like the "Yes, sir's," "No, Sir's," and "Command Confirmed's" that were dribbling their way out of his mouth. He walked off the assembly line with three other Crey Drones in tow to start "life" anew. It turns out "life" wasn't nearly exciting enough for his tastes. He quit his job (as an accountant, of all things) to become the superhero he was destined to be.

What Really Happened

MK-10 never walked off the assembly line. He didn't just walk out of ACF4. He was never an accountant. The real story is much, much less marketable.

Powers

The MK line is imbued with great repair ability. Their Internal Nanite System (or INS) is self-replicating, self-repairing, and self-contained. Some have argued that this effectively makes the MK line immortal. Naaah. Also, the MK line has a built-in antigrav flight ability. Activated after about 14 security levels' worth of charge, this allows control and airspeed rivaling the latest jet fighters.

The Backlog

Mack keeps equipment left over from encounters he's had with enemies over the months. This pile of lethal detritus is collectively referred to as "The Backlog". Its location is a mystery, but it provides a solid backup system in case Mack should ever lose his powers. Located in the Backlog are:

Given the state off this enigmatic "Backlog", Mack himself may not even know all the artifacts contained within. It may be another pocket dimension, similar to Pocket D or Hammerspace, accessible at will. This may also explain how he and other superbeings in Paragon manage to produce weapons at will.
