Menace Maiden was heavily influenced by Wonder Woman, with the Greek elements being replaced by Norse mythology, and an amoral outlook on life. For example, she is a Valkyrie instead of an Amazon, and was exiled for not adhering to tradition instead of being set forth to bring peace to the world.

Personality
Menace Maiden is rather single minded. Her every thought and action tends to be centered around defeating the fiercest foes, and sending their souls to Odin for judgement.
She considers everyone that participates in combat in any way to be a warrior, regardless of whether they are a straight-up fighter, a primarily defensive or supportive person in nature, or an assassin. To her, victory is all that matters, no matter the means used to achieve it.
Because of her philosophy, she is not so much immoral as amoral-- she does not seek to steal money, enslave people, or acquire power, she only seeks meaningful combat, and affords respect to anyone who will meet her in battle, no matter their methods. She does look down on those who run to save their own hides, with no intention of meeting her on a different battlefield where they might gain some advantage.
She is somewhat new to Midgard (what Asgardians call Earth's plane of existence), and will often ask questions when she encounters something new. Her first assumption about any object is that it is a weapon, or involved in making weapons, and her first assumption about any person is that they are a warrior.
Powers
Menace Maiden has the typical powers of an Asgardian:
Superhuman Strength
Menace Maiden possesses incredible strength. Though it has never been precisely measured due to her lack of interest in knowing, she claims to regularly work out by pressing "large delivery vehicles".
This strength, combined with her relatively light weight, also enables her to leap incredible distances.
Invulnerability
Menace Maiden is incredibly resilient, to the point that she is able to withstand limited amounts of machine-gun fire without noticable damage.
Near-Immortality
As a former Valkyrie, she has been granted near-immortality by Odin.
Abilities
Unearthly Levels of Combat Training and Experience
Menace Maiden is a former Valkyrie, and is nearly immortal. She has lived long enough to have more combat training and experience than any living being on Earth that is less than 100 years old.
Weaknesses and Limitations
Headstrong
Always seeking a challenge, Menace Maiden is known not to back down from fights, often even against obviously overwhelming odds.
Unfamiliar World
Menace Maiden hasn't been on our plane of existance for very long, and is not aware of what most machinery or advanced weapons do.
Trusting
Menace Maiden tends to take what people say at face value, as she believes that no one has any reason to deceive her. Even Loki rarely attempted to manipulate her or her sisters.
Character History
Menace Maiden is a former Valkyrie, exiled by her sisters for taking the most promising warriors before their time. She came to Earth to continue to find warriors to send to Odin, and has joined the League of Evil because she believed they were likely to face the most worthy foes.
She has abandoned her Valkyrie name, and adopted the one given to her by those she has faced in the Rogue Isles, who see her as an unrelenting menace, determined to pick as many fights as she possibly can. She doesn't particularly care about its meaning, only that people recognize her as a powerful foe, to draw out those who would believe they can defeat her.
