The enigmatic Mortimer Faust only recently arrived on the Rogue Islands, though it is unknown where he came from or what his purpose on the Islands is. Intelligent and strangely insightful, he moves like throughout the various organizations of the Isles with a subtle, cultured grace, yet in his wake chaos and destruction inevitably follow. His name has raised concerns in some areas, however. The steampunk vigilante, The Iron Blaquesmith, had mentioned coming from a world destroyed by conflict and war, a world ruled by a tyrant named Mortimer Faust. If this is indeed the same Faust, and if the temporal-dimensional explosion that brought the Blaquesmith to Prime has also brought his nemesis here, then the presence of Faust could be a sign of a terrible future. At best, the two men may be about to renew their conflict with each other... at worst, Faust plans to bring the same dark future to Prime that he wreaked upon the Iron Blaquesmith's world, one of tyranny and devastation.
