History
Operative Kaledin is the only son of two Russian expatriate, assumed to be ex-KGB or have other secret ties to the old Soviet government. After arriving in the Isles and birthing Mikhail, they soon disappeared and havn't been seen since. Their records state their names as Sergei Kaledin and Anna Kaledin, assumed to be aliases. Regardless, Mikhail was handed over to the Mercy Island local government and raised through their public education system. With the exception of his skill in athletics, Mikhail was an average student.
Upon graduating, he signed up with an Arachnos unit as a Wolf Spider. He has served faithfully ever since, showing a record with no negative marks... but also displaying no initiative to rise through the ranks. He was, however, promoted to "Operative" and given free reign over his assignment choices once it was discovered his name was included on the "Destined One" list. Currently stationed in Port Oakes, investigating the ever rising violence between organized crime families and the sudden appearance of the Coralax
It has been reported that Operative Kaledin has been meeting with Alan Desslock. An investigation revealed that while contact had been made, Kaledin still appears to be operating for Arachnos, not against us. As a precaution, Operative Kaledin has been reassigned to Port Oakes.

Arachnos Soldier
Mikhail has been trained as many other Wolf Spiders have been, taught the basics of hand to hand combat and the use of Arachnos specific weaponry. Mikhail prefers the use of his rifle above all else, but is able to hold his own in a no holds barred street brawl.
Training and Gadgets
Mikhail's training with his gear and gadgets is also much like many other Wolf Spiders, but Mikhail excels in these skills above his comrades. Unlike them, Mikhail can often work alone and still be very effective, using the mediporter rarely.
Abilities
Knife Fighting
In addition to his "official" Arachnos training, Mikhail learned the use of stabbing and throwing knives while being trained as a Wolf Spider. As such, he usually carries a sleeve of throwing knives tucked under his armor for ready use, and has been known to carry a poisoned combat knife along with his rifle.
Author Notes (OOC)
This is my second or third spider... finally deciding on a "Russian" bad guy type. Going for more of an organic development when it comes to story, shaping who he is through role play instead of pure story telling.
