Personality
A gregarious girl, She'll talk with pretty much anyone. At times her medical problems would bring her down, but she'd usually come out of that before too long. She tends not to rush into things, instead considering the consequences when possible.
Powers
Radiation based mutation, combining her DNA with Rikti and Mephit
Primary Set
Classified as Radiation emission, actually she creates radioactive pheromones that can have various effects, from healing herself or others, to hampering foe's ability to aim, or even choking them.
Secondary Set
Radiation blast, she can focus the Pheromones into an intense effect, at times a beam, other times blasts. (note, all her known attacks are non lethal. The worst that happens to a target is they're knocked out, and need a bath in Tomato Juice afterwards to remove the smell)
Additional Powers
Travel
She has a flight harness built into her costume, that allows her to fly. Without it, she is unable to.
Power Pool
She is extremely fit for her age, her accelerated metabolism requires her to eat more than normal however
Power Pool 2
She recently spent several weeks as a 'guest' of the Carnival of Shadows. After being rescued, she found she had the ability to dominate the minds of others, in a similar fashion that trusted Lieutenants of the Carnival have. She uses this rarely, and isn't exactly comfortable with it
Abilities
She can drive, and operate small boats with a reasonable degree of skill
Weaknesses and Limitations
She tends to run into things that she probably should let folks more suited for upfront combat deal with sometimes, but is overly stubborn, and will do anything she can to keep one of her teammates from going down. She is also highly protective of her friends and family.
Equipment
Flight harness built into her suit, also as of late, she has started carrying a M1911 pistol that belonged to her grandfather.
Character History
Rhonda was never expected to live as long as she has. While with her younger brother and father, who at the time was a Law Enforcement officer in FL, came across debris from the Rikti war, a crashed scout ship. There were hundreds of these across the world, while Paragon City got the brunt of the invasion, the entire world felt the effects. The crashed ship however had spent the last few years leaking radioactive mutagens into the surrounding area, and Rhonda was attacked and savagely mauled by a mutated skunk the size of a large dog. Her only hope of survival was an experimental treatment in Paragon City. She survived..but was changed, covered in black fur, her hair now white, and with her powers came another price. Her DNA was unstable, she had to undergo regular treatments in the Genetic Restabilizer, to keep her from mutating further. She has been in Paragon City with her family since then, trying to make the best of things.
Trivia
Was originaly going to be male, and named Polecat. but that name was taken.
Her mother was a factory sponsored rider for Kawasaki during the late 80's, her last race was the Daytona Speedweek in 89, Rhonda was born in 1990, and six weeks after that, her mother was hit while on her bike by a drunk driver. she survived, but was never able to ride again, or walk without a cane.
There is a poster of her mother that still pops up, it used to embarrass PoleKitty to no end, showing her sitting on her race bike in a green and white catsuit, zipped down so far that breathing wasn't really possible :D
Her younger brother Jake has started riding, racing motocross in the 100cc class.
She learned to speak Japanese before she learned English, being raised for the first five years by her grandmother.
She has done several commercials in Japan for a cousin of her mother, they are slightly risque and a bit embarrassing, but no one outside of Tokyo has seen the billboards. yet...
She currently drives an 07 Mustang GT 500, black with white stripes. It was a mix up at the dealer, but she's learned to like it.
