Officially pardoned for her crimes in Praetoria due to exemplary service, she is still scrutinized.

"NOTE: The 'hero' known as Prisma uses sophisticated fine-motor telekinesis to manipulate and 'ride' the nervous systems and sense organs of those around her. She bends light, flexes nanomachines for shapeshifting, and is capable of appearing as almost any humanoid figure."

Psychological Profile: Formerly psychopathic, with brain scans indicating a limited empathy function. Known to experience psychosis under extreme duress. Neurosis in remission. Sadistic tendencies, tempered by strong maternal instincts. Struggles with narcissism primarily, and resists the urge to dominate others in order to feel alive.

Physical Health: Suffering from various autoimmune responses due to excessive cybernetics and life support systems. Type 1 diabetic. Extreme pain sensitivity. Physically fragile. Whole-body muscular atrophy. Prisma is able to hide her withered physical condition under a veil of illusions and nanite shrouding.

Official Paragon City I.D. Synopsis: As a clinical psychopath, Praetor Vonne thrived in the imperial state. She became a beloved fixture of the Powers Division, and was promoted to oversee a 'rehabilitation center' for captured resistance members. A Mistress of the Carnival of Light died during her 'rehabilitation.'

Vonne took the mask as a trophy. Morbid curiosity drove her to wear it, and it humbled her with supernatural guilt and empathy. She felt the unity of Light: thus Prisma was born. Prisma's position in the Imperial state made her a deep cover agent for the Carnival of Light. She found peace in the unity of her newfound psionic family, until that family was splintered by outside pressure.

Once found out as a traitor, Mother Mayhem broke Prisma and subsumed her into the Seer Network, though not without tremendous difficulty. The Heroes of Paragon, along with a laboratory contingent of Portal Corporation, rescued Prisma during the assault on Tyrant. They found her in sensory deprivation, both physically and psychologically atrophied.

Prisma recovered over the course of five years of intensive care and therapy on Primal Earth. She spent that time studying the history of Primal Earth and gathering her resolve. Now fully capable of helping the Heroes of Paragon, Prisma operates under strict controls and observation.

Reports

Praetorians on Primal Earth (All Factions): ((PCs will have mixed feelings about their memories of Praetor Vonne. Most will consider her a ruthless, domineering monster who was a master of shaping public perception, while treating her own family and those beneath her in the hierarchy as treasured pets and possessions. Feel free to roundly condemn her for killing your father or something! That's just good fun!))

Carnival of Light: "Praetor Vonne had sold her children to the state. She had done... terrible things to her own daughter. She killed her husband when he challenged her. She covered it all up in beauty and charm; the people of Praetoria loved her. She took from us our beloved Prisma... and so when the Praetor took on Prisma's mask, we shared our grief. Even empty hearts can be filled with love."

Carnival of Shadows: "The doppelganger called 'Prisma' fooled us once. Now we know what 'Prisma' looks, smells, thinks, feels like. They call us cannibals? The Praetorian subsumed one of our own. What is this 'harmony' it speaks of? Domination by another name. Kill on sight - no. Bring her back, seduce her, we know she aches for the unleashing of her true potential. When we touched her, the darkness in her heart was clear as the space between stars. This 'hero' game she plays won't amuse her forever... and when it ceases to please, we will be waiting."

Paragon City Government: "The full scale of Prisma's power is still not fully understood. Given her talent for subversion, deception, and demonstrated contempt for authority, she is considered at high risk for vigilantism, but hasn't yet shown violent behavior in the field. She is under close watch, and her reliance on Portal Corporation for maintenance and laboratory work makes her easy to observe and manage."

Arachnos: "Prisma is a CATEGORY NINE psionic threat. Cybernetics, robotics, and GPS tech will not be reliable in her presence. We believe her 'shroud' is a field of nanomachines she controls with her mind. This hero is extremely dangerous and has already 'de-radicalized' a number of our low-level operatives. Targeted EMP rounds are the easiest way to deter her, however, she almost never operates outside of anything less than a full team of powerful heroes. She has the elites of Paragon wrapped around her finger, it seems... she'd be an asset, if we could court her."

Freakshow: "No way, dude, no fucking way. I'm never going back because of that bitch. I didn't even know fucking... 'cyberkinesis' was a thing. No more chrome, no more wires, I'm fucking done. That shit isn't natural. That BITCH isn't natural. She calls herself a hero but no hero would... fucking make me see that shit..."

Crey: "Possibly the greatest cyberkinetic master in the world. Would be a tremendous asset in AI development, that's what we wanted, but she doesn't know a good deal when she sees one. Praetoria burned her on hierarchy and now she's settled for scraps from Portal Corporation. We could make her into a tech goddess. But now, she owes us billions for the damage she did to our military AI core. The last thing a military AI needs is empathy, and we can't seem to scrub the damned thing clean of it. Prisma isn't a hero, she's a chaotic, deviant psychopath who compulsively targets authority figures and militaries for subversion."

Pocket D: "She's a regular, but only during weird hours. I'd say she definitely likes the ladies, but she also likes hanging around with men, too. Always a class-act, as far as any of us can tell, and she's never baited anyone or acted like a jerk. Most nights she just likes to hover around looking pretty and taking in compliments for her fashion sense - which is top notch. I even overheard some heroes commissioning her for help with their costumes. That constant rainbow aura really messes with people, though... draws them in like moths. Kind of creepy."
