The following page is a list of the important figures in Felicity Primgaunt's life.

Contents

Asalasel

The man that made Fel want to learn how to dance. Asa was the last legitimate 'wistful crush' in Fel's life. She stared at him like an idol, or an angel. Which was legitimate. Seemd Asalasel was exactly that: an angel. Felicity reminded him a little too much of the woman he loved and lost.. the woman he gave up heaven for. Which was incredibly awkward, with her at all of 17 years old. She danced around him for a while, still staring at him as a knight in shining armor from afar. And then one thing lead to another, and Felicity became wrapped up in wont of debauchery and any ill she could cause anything. "Dark Fel" sought out Asa again, and Asa had also taken a turn for the worse. He was happy to give her a haven in his apartment in the Rogue Isles. He also comforted her, coaxed her, gave her tours of Mercy Island... and took her virginity. Ever since returning to her original self, Felicity has avoided the poor man like the plague.

Crimson Muse

Those around the Crimson Muse and Felicity would probably be quick to call the former her guardian angel. A known veteran of the Rikti War, Muse has deemed it her own peculiar task to save Felicity from her parents and from herself, something that the young hero was never aware she needed saving from. Muse was the first person to put ideas in Felicity's head that the ban on soda and chocolate was "kind of weird", and that she didn't actually need to give up her life for a cause. This never occurred to Felicity before, which could probably explain why it was no surprise when Felicity snapped, turned to "the Dark Side" (as Muse 'affectionately' calls it) and started behaving like a vigilante hero. In the Rogue Isles. It was Muse's continued persistence that was able to get Felicity back to her normal self, though mentally imbalanced, and tuck her away in the Artful Dodgers base. Her next quest is to keep Felicity from doing something else stupid: giving her life away in hopes that it will stop the Vahzilok plague.

Rick & Susan Davies

Susan Davies
Susan Davies was Felicity's first contact with life as a hero outside of the PCFCA. When she started doing her field work, she got in touch with E.L.I.T.E. again, who referred her to Susan Davies. Throughout her career as a hero, Susan has pushed Felicity to go out and find things out for herself, maintaining that "no amount of advice can substitute for training and determination." Her brother, Rick Davies, was introduced to Felicity when she ran to Susan with worries about her own mental instability, hoping to find some biotechnological means of stabilizing her own mental processes. Rick, a known member of D.A.T.A., was able to help Felicity construct plans to make a belt that could stabilize the chemical and mental imbalances in her body. To this day, Felicity keeps in close contact with the both of them, running errands for then where she can out of gratefulness for what they helped her get through.

Dr. William Eppler

Dr. Eppler is the professor of Heroic Theory directly above Felicity's Father, Dr. Edgar Primgaunt. He is known to be fascinated with origin theories, and has proposed many alternative origins to the current structure (Psychologial, Dimensional, and Item-Bound, to name the three most prevalent). He is currently traveling east from Greece with Felicity's father and a team of four other scientists to try and uncover the source of the Statesman's power. Dr. Primgaunt and Dr. Eppler are perpetually at odds about what to do with this information, once acquired, but the Statesman has typically been said to side with Dr. Primgaunt on the matter. Dr. Eppler wants to share the information with the world.

Jesebelle

A brief associate of Felicity's during her stay in the Rogue Isles, Jesebelle is a known villain with a penchant for messing with the minds of men. Only slightly more settled into the Rogue Isles than Felicity, it made her feel wonderful to have the chance to show Felicity around like she was some ol' vet herself. Viewing Fel as a perfect opportunity to spread her influence and gain a lackey, she didn't take well at all to Fel's unannounced departure. Let's hope Jesebelle lets her go easily.

Alison Kaufmann

A close friend of Felicity, but a villain with some following on the Rogue Isles. Felicity met Alison when she first stopped by Pocket D, and Alison was instantly enchanted with her naivete and brilliance. Really, Alison could be considered Felicity's first friend, even though she was nearly twice her age. This difference in alignment, association and age still did very little to stop Alison from developing strong feelings for Felicity, though nothing Fel picked up on or reciprocated. Eventually, Alison confessed, and Felicity was put in a state of nigh panic, trying to figure out how to make her happy as a friend without reciprocating any of that. They would next encounter one another when Felicity had become "Dark Felicity", and Alison pressed relentlessly at Fel (with a great deal of assistance from Crimson Muse) to reclaim her former identity. Eventually, Alison's will was stronger than Felicity's, and she collapsed in a little heap upon Alison's lap, whereupon she was delivered to Muse for safe keeping. They haven't seen much of each other since.

Amelia Lane

A member of Next Wave, a group The Artful Dodgers are closely aligned with, Amelia has been pivotal in getting Felicity out of her little shell. Pushing her (as does Crimson Muse) to get out and have some fun, she was the first person to finally talk Felicity into buying a two-piece swimming suit, and that's 3 years into swim team! Her candor and blatant advice have been an odd sort of affront to Felicity's delicate senses, but hardly in a bad way. Amelia's one of the brightest heroes Felicity knows, and she's pleased to call her a friend.

Vivian "Veruca" Mandell

The Paragon City Freedom Corps Academy has always been a competitive establishment. This year's senior class is one of the fiercest. Vivian "Veruca" Mandell stands as the queen of extra curricular activities. Straight A's, swarms of followers, and the presidency of the ASB, most people don't have a choice in liking her or not. She has chosen to despise Felicity, though, as she's the only student in the PCFCA who can easily rival her shot at valedictorian. Now, she's not directly sabotaging her success at the school. But she's really not helping much.

Madame Margeurite

A known illusionist in the Carnival of Shadows who seems to bear indescribable ill will towards Felicity in particular. Felicity's been attempting to look into Margeurite's connection into the Carnival of Shadows, after being pulled onstage as a volunteer when she was sixteen. The two had a strong mental connection that neither was entirely comfortable with. Margeurite's been trying to make Felicity's life... well, uncomfortable at best, and miserable at the least. This discomfort Felicity refuses to show, but many nightmares and aspects of distress a more suspicious person would believe to be the work of this infamous illusionist.

Carmen Munnelly

Felicity's first instructer upon enrolling in the PCFCA at the age of 9, Carmen Munnelly helped her come to terms with the implications of her powers. She was the first to show Felicity that being a superhero could be exciting, and that you could save the world time and time again, and everyone would love you for it. The ideals of heroism Felicity holds to this day stem from the teachings of Miss Munnelly, whom she still visits consistently, even now that she's about to traduate from the PCFCA.

Dr. Edgar & Sally Primgaunt

Parents are always fantastic role models, and it's no different in this case. Felicity always aspired to the intelligence of her father and the delicate disposition of her mother. Every action she takes has typically been to try and please them as best she can. Until meeting with the Dodgers, Felicity really had no one else to fight for. Felicity's mother is what some would call "overbearing", and has apparently restricted the girl from chocolate, soft drinks, and video games. Since Felicity's flourishing social life, however, she has lifted the "no boyfriend" ban (no choice), and extended her curfew substantially, provided she can still keep up good grades. Felicity has no trouble with this, having only had one B in her academic career (something she is typically too ashamed to discuss).

Casval Regelis

Casval, The Statesman and Fel
Anyone as Damsel-In-Distress-esque as Felicity Primgaunt would have to have a knight in shining armor. Sure enough, once Felicity joined the Dodgers, she found hers. Casval Regelis, the relatively quiet katana weilding hero, startled Felicity initially with teaming tactics focused on her own preservation, instead of doing as much damage as possible. From there, she witnessed just enough tenderness to melt away her shyness. After a substantial amount of coaxing from Juvie, Felicity approached Cas with an embarassing confession. After a substantial amount of high school drama, it was publicly declared as reciprocated. They've been showing up at winter formals and proms ever since. Quite ironic, as neither one of them really likes crowds, dancing or dressing up.

Oh, and they saved the Statesman.

John Rice

No one would question Felicity's love of Heroic Theory, so it hardly comes as a surprise that her closest friend among the students and staff of the PCFCA is her teacher in Int and Adv Heroic Theory. A student teacher with Miss Munnelly back in the day, John Rice felt much more at home discussing the esoteric philosophy and anthropological aspects of Heroic Theory, and shot to teach in the higher grades. He's been a beacon of inspiration and hope to Felicity for years, having fought himself in the Rikti War as a 'natural hero'. His perserverance alongside heroes who were innately gifted with superpowers has given him a great deal of confidence that "anyone can be a hero if they try hard enough", something he's proud to say about himself.

Salveo Facula

Salveo Facula

The PCFCA is on relatively good terms with the Kheldians of Paragon City. For this reason, they don't seem to pay much mind to the Kheldian drifting around the hallways with a seemingly detached interest in Felicity. When it starts venturing into the home of The Artful Dodgers, or following Felicity home directly, then problems might emerge. Everything seems fine right now.

Dr. Vahzilok

Dr. Vahzilok, Juvie & Cas
The insane leader of the Vahzilok comes across more like a religious zealot than an arch-fiend. Dr. Vahzilok continually proclaims his intentions of overcoming death himself. In his twisted mind, the horrid reanimated corpses he creates are only stepping stones toward greater medical miracles. Felicity's one goal as a hero is to bring this mand own, and to quell these 'medical miracles' before more people get hurt.
