This is a work in progress, Hatter was the first character I really got into. He started mostly one dimensional but has been gaining depth steadily.

Personality
James is one part anarchist, one part a mental child, one part genius, one part insane, and five parts smart ass.
He claims he lives only for fun, but he actually does care for a lot more than that. He tends to be loyal to his friends, and he gets oddly defensive of anyone being "unfairly treated" in his eyes.
He is actually completely fearless, which is actually his main insanity, because some things you genuinely need to fear.
He is a regular at Pocket D due to his love of arguments.
James also is a Manic depressive, though he rarely shows his depressive side to anyone, instead vanishing from the public eye durring his depressions.
