Quasar Queen is incredibly gracious, kind, and cheerful. She also considers all heroes to be her "good friends", even if she has never met them before. It is possible that in her culture, anyone who did not prove themselves to be otherwise were automatically treated as if they were the closest of friends.

Energy Projection

Quasar Queen is capable of firing minor bursts of energy from her hands and eyes. These blasts cause pain, but rank among her weakest abilities.

Energy Manipulation

Stunning bursts of light, localized anti-gravity fields, and explosive bursts of concentrated energy are just a few examples of the diverse ways in which Quasar Queen can make use of her powers.

Shapeshifting

Like many Peacebringers, Quasar Queen is capable of transforming into a Bright Nova capable of devastating energy blasts, or a White Dwarf capable of withstanding tremendous punishment. These shapeshifting abilities are her forte.

Exploration Suits

Aside from her standard royal garb, Quasar Queen possesses a number of special suits that are custom designed to match unusual environments.

Quasar Queen wears her space suit to survive the perils of the Shadow Shard. Space Suit This suit is capable of sustaining her in the most extreme conditions, such as high radiation, toxic fumes, or low temperature environments. It has a rebreathing apparatus that enables her to breathe in any environment for up to a week.	Quasar Queen flies above Talos Island in her speedy (and stylish!) Flight Suit. Flight Suit Though she is capable of flying under her own power, this suit comes equipped with special rockets that allow her to more efficiently channel her energy for propulsion.
Quasar Queen lounges by the Liberty League pool in her swimming suit. Swimming Suit Quasar Queen's swimming suit may not look like much, but it does manage to cover her body in certain key areas. That's good for something, right?

Character History

Once the ruler of a distant galaxy, Xenithara Quadalutia merged with a Kheldian in the hopes that its powers would help her to save her kingdom from a horrible and bloody war.

Unfortunately, she failed when her enemies used a terrifying weapon that transformed every planet, moon, and asteroid into a sun, instantly killing everyone but her.

For millennia she has traveled, seeking a new home, until now. After telling her story to a clerk in Paragon City Hall, he filled out a hero registration form for her, and gave her the name Quasar Queen.

Trivia

• After he returned from a 6 month hiatus in 2005, while perusing the list of recruits he hadn't yet met, the first thing the Weevil said about her was, "Who the hell is Quasar Queer?". The Liberty League supercomputer's roster software had unfortunately cut the last half of the 'n' off, due to a default column width.
