From the varied Crey records the Splinter Cell of Crey, R.A.I.D., was formed when a schism in the Cryogenetics department was left in the wake of the assault of the villain Devil's Icebox. Lead by the mysterious Dr. White-Out R.A.I.D. has taken in various villains who were escaped Crey experiments to help them master their powers and weaponize their efforts against Crey. Their base of Operations is in a secret Locale in Cap Au Diable.
