Backstory
RQ (AreQue) as she likes to be called is the invention of one vary brilliant and vary mad genius. She is robot built on an odd sort of technology. She is largely made of clockwork her power source and she claims her soul is the quintessence ether reactor drive housed in her chest.
While Paragon techs at D.A.T.A. have no idea how or even why it works and M.A.G.I. has confirmed it is not any form of magic. The QERD defines all sorts of laws of physics it acts a perpetual motion engine of sorts as scans have shown it is basically creating or pulling power form what seems like no where. Portal Corp has confirmed there is some sort of dimensional anomaly in the QERD but are also unsure of just what it is. All of the drive shafts and chain drives that move RQ feed into the QERD in a way that defines logic. Cleary it is larger on the inside then its external size allows for. Yet RQ thinks and acts with no clear idea where her logic system is hosed. It has been suggested that this complex clockwork woman has a more complex logic and data system hosed inside the QERD but from the manner of her build and probes done by D.A.T.A and M.A.G.I. all they can come away with is it would have to be something like an [
“Analytical engine”] but its size for her computing power would take up an unfathomable amount of space. RQ would ask her builder but apparently he and his lab vanished into a huge wormhole caused the first time she was turned on. With no idea why she was made she has set out to find her reason to be. Her first memory is waking up in a huge cave complex being thrown around as a raging chaotic storm of a portal was before her sucking everything in. When it collapsed in on it self she was left among the remains sitting dumb stuck on a throne of stone and trash. She found only random tidbits of her creators works nothing more then random pages for note books or torn blue prints. She made her way out of that cave system and found herself in Prez Park. Since then she has joined up with the heroes of Paragon city in order to better her self. While she has no idea why she was made she hopes to find her own way and maybe one day find her creator.
Personality
For a robot she has a vary human sort of personality with a odd sense of humor. She might not know why she has such a personality and if pressed on the subject she will just say that must be how she was built. RQ has an insatiable curiosity for all things a trait that has gotten her in trouble numerous times.
She also as a hatred for the double standard given to robots. When pressed she reverts to calling humans Meat bags and points out how being treated like an object does not make sense when the object is self aware.
Distinguishing Features
She is big and metal and weights a ton. But oddly because of her gravity powers she usually keeps her effective weight around 120lbs.
