History
Matthew Burke was tired of all the "New" villains coming into the Rogue Isles and doing an awful job, so he contracted the Crey Corporation to create clones of himself to serve as lackeys. Scary Burke is one of those clones. This particular clone accidentally had Matthew Burke's DNA mixed with that of one of the scientist's cats. This fact was kept a secret until Matthew Burke saw the results. He took one bite of his Harby's roast beef sandwich and spat it on the ground viciously, noting his approval of the results. The process of cloning made the this clone's face disfigured. Scientists at the Crey Corporation nicknamed this clone "Scary" since ... well ... he's scary. Matthew liked the name so much he had it ingrained on the clone's memories.
