As a result of her genetic mutation, Sireyn has tremendously strong vocal chords. Her mutation has granted her audiokinesis, echolocation, superhuman vocal stamina, and superhuman speed. Sireyn is also a skilled martial artist, acrobat, and a master manipulator, possessing a degree in psychology.
