Biography
Born: April 13, 1978 as Tempest Vetrano
Known Relatives: Vanessa Vetrano, DOB May 12, 1975
Left as orphans on April 1, 1980 at Kings Row Orphanage. Birth records changed three months later when the Vanguard acquired the sisters as observation subjects due to their remarkably early mutation manifestations.

First entry-
Tempest and Vanessa were left on our door this morning. Both children seem very bright but seriously neglected. Vanessa, the older of the two children is naturally protective of her younger sister Tempest so we will try to keep them together. The documents left with them disturb me. The birth certificates will have to be altered to prevent the children from suffering any stigma because of who their mother is. I will contact the Vanguard to discuss this matter and have these records altered.
Additional Entry-
Records have been corrected to reflect the last name Muir. After the Vanguard agreed with my request, I chose my great grandmothers maiden name for the children. Both girls are showing signs of mutation at such a young age; the Vanguard have been informed and are sending psychics to help place mental governors in their minds for everyones protection. Vanessa is clearly pyro-kinetic and can create fire at a whim but seems to have extreme control for such a young age and she is such an even tempered child, nothing seems to upset her. Tempest on the other hand, has been troublesome. Her abilities are unclear at this time however it appears she has some kind of powerful telekinesis at the very least; unfortunately it is tied in with her emotions so there is little to no control. I wonder if her temper is from her mothers side, this makes me seriously worry for this child's future.

Both girls have been moved to the infirmary after the incident. Vanessa refuses to leave her sisters side and puts up quite a fuss when anyone tries to remove her. Several hospital orderlies were burned until finally we just allowed the girls to stay together. Tempest hasn't spoken a word since this started but we know one of the other children must have caused her some kind of distress. It isn't like this child to be violent unless provoked, even though she is becoming well known for her temper. With such horrible injuries to the children, a healer had to be contacted. I honestly didn't expect Sarah to survive but she seems to be pulling through nicely. I've had to contact the Vanguard again and asked for help in this matter. I cannot have these two girls tearing the orphanage apart every time someone bullies them. The Vanguard have agreed to send someone capable of chaperoning such gifted children.

Tempest Muir a.k.a. Temper Mental has manifested what, at first, appeared to be telekinetic abilities but after observance, it is believed she can tap directly into gravity itself to alter mass, density or move large objects.. even herself.
This poses some concern due to the extreme volatile nature of not only the power she controls, but the lack of emotional control she seems to have over herself. Generally a timid girl, when pressed, Tempest tends to become defensive quickly and lashes out verbally.. sometimes even escalating to the use of her powers. It seems the more duress the girl is under, the more unpredictable she becomes. But we have found that she is easily controlled with mental blocks we've established for her own safety. Her personality is also somewhat easily controllable when a more authoritative figure is present in her life.
To date, she has manifested the ability to form localized dimensional pockets, rifts and even what appears to be micro-wormholes. We believe she had the potential to alter time, space and matter on the sub-atomic level but the Vanguard have determined it unwise to inform Tempest of this in order to allow her powers to progress naturally.

Below is a continual update to the subject file for Tempest Muir a.k.a Temper Mental. All updates will be posted as they are observed.
Subjects Missing
Vanguard Observer notes both Vanessa Muir and Tempest Muir are 'off the grid'. Last known location, Kings Row, Easton Street Residential Apartments. Both women were seen by observer entering their personal residential apartment. Morning surveillance failed to report them leaving the apartment. Entry was made into apartment, both women are considered missing with no explanation or known location. No signs of a struggle were found, both beds were unmade and recently slept in however all personal belongings were still within the apartment including clothing, blackberries, uniforms. Foul play suspected.
Subject Tempest Muir reacquired
Vanguard Observer notes subject Tempest Muir was reacquired 1 year, 3 months and 4 days after disappearance. She appears withdrawn to the point of traumatized. Scanners indicate she now has slight scaring around her neck and what appears to be a flower branded on the upper left outer thigh. No sign of Vanessa Muir at this time. Subject seems to be searching for her missing sister and has been witnessed going through every abandoned building in Kings Row. She has also shown marked increase in powers and observer has witnessed the creation of large wormholes, what appears to be a singularity, as well as several major disturbances localized around the subject when she is confronted by strangers.
Vanessa Muir - Deceased
Scanning devices recorded Tempest Muir exiting a wormhole with an unknown origin. She was being carried by Vanguard operative code name Mr. Protagonist - Mike Myers of the Zenvious Foundation. She was brought to their base of operations and it has been reported she located her sister on a foreign world of Gor. Vanessa was deceased, the victim of murder according to a report from Mike Myers. Tempest was emotionally devastated to the point that it is believed she deliberately attempted the mass destruction and murder of an entire planetary population. Update to follow.
Powers Escalated - Blackhole created
Vanguard Observer reports the confirmation of an unnatural blackhole formed near the planet of Gor. Long range scans show it to be unstable and it appears that some outside influence is working to contain and eliminate the threat.
Threat was eliminated after only 12 hours of destruction. Planetary system is considered stable again.
Temper Mental will be kept under close observation for signs of mental instability or potential threat to society. If she is considered a threat, she will be restrained and removed to a safe control location where she can be contained.
She is now manifesting the ability to alter mass, time and space yet does not seem to be aware of the extent of this ability. We believe if she is made aware of this, she will become a danger to herself and others. Psychics have placed pain governors within her mind to prevent her from emotionally driven actions. When ever an irrational emotional use of her powers is attempted, the subject will suffer enough pain to eliminate the desire.
