Charming and witty, one of the most popular guys in his class. You know the type, the ones that are in nearly every sport and show it on his Letterman's jacket. The ones that seem to tease the geeks and nerds; to most for reasons petty. Well it is here that he differs... he may at times seem to put himself above others, when push comes to shove, he will shove but on the right side.

Powers
Fire Control
Manipulation of Temperature and Thermal energies; only able to manipulate in towards heat and flame. Allows him to create rings of fire, choking ash, and bolts of fire.
Storm Summoning
Only able to do this with his sister, they speculate that it is cause like in weather when a heat and cold front clash often storms manifest. Without each other they can only affect the temperature; together storms, winds, etc.

The Birth of the Twins
Born to Thomas and Diana Taylor in Los Angeles County Hospital on March 15, 1991 at 7:25am; which was 45 minutes after the birth of his twin. Twin's can be wonderful to some parents, and even to each other, but this time it would be trouble they just didn't know it yet. His would be a sister that they would name Rachel, he they would name ____________. They would be cared for an cherished as the families only children, loved by parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles. Theirs would be nearly a perfect childhood; normal childhood sicknesses and death would touch none of them; a perfect family.
Twin Trouble
They would attend Chadwick private school in southern Los Angeles county, nestled on a forested hill. Both would excel in their education; ___________ leading in the way of sports and athleticism. During adolescence their perfect family would be shattered, for their parents heard of the exploits of mutants and aliens in Paragon City; and agreed with Vanguard in many ways. But things would go wrong when the twin's turned 14, both would develop mutant powers; powers that they would at first hide from both their parents.
Evolution-X
The twins would be allowed to go to the Evolution-X Institute for Mutants, and learn about their powers and how to use them for the benefit of humanity. Excited with their new costumes and uniforms they hit the streets as soon as they could.
