History

The bloodline that Jasmine comes from can be traced back to ancient Greece, when the gods walked the earth. The matron of her line was a simple maid, a watergirl at the time, but her beauty attracted the attention of all around her, even Zeus. He came to her one night in the guise of an old man needing a drink. After revealing his true nature to her, she fell to her knees in fright, promising Zeus anything he wanted. So he took what he wanted; he lay with her that night, and left her as she slept. Within the next few weeks it became aware that she was pregnant. The girl never divulged who she had slept with, or how he had gotten to her, and so her master never knew what it was he cared for.
But this was not the end. Hera, the jealous wife of the God of Lightning, was not unaware of the girl, nor her husbands infildelty with her. So in the guise of a gift, Hera cursed the girl's line through Zeus. The Amulet of Olympus, a golden pendant with a single ruby, was given to Zeus, and in-so-doing forver locked a bit of Zeus' power away within the women of that particular girl's descendants.
As time went on and Zeus' blood was diluted, so too did the gods wane until they were all but forgotten, along with the Amulet. Until now...

What's Not In Her Bio

Jasmine was born to a genius inventor/entrepreneur and college student. Her mother, Eliza, went to the UK with her best friend for spring break; a whole week of sex, drugs, and rock 'n roll, without a care. While Jaz's mother had planned on those things, what she ended up with was a star-crossed night with the love of her life, and a plane ride home the next day.
After that fateful night, Eliza ended up moving to the UK to live with Stefan, who would soon become Jaz's father. She quit the university she was studying at, told her parents she had fallen in love, then vanished from their lives. Now why would Stefan, an up and coming R&D engineer, let her do all this? Because he was just as much in love with her as she with him.

US Marine Corp and Mercenary Work

A former captain in the US Marine Corp, Jaz left due to ethical differences between herself and her commanding officers. But this wasn't the end of her military career; she signed on with a mercenary group calling themselves "La Revolución". They sold their services to the underdogs in civil wars, governmental overthrows, and similar engagements. She was with the company for four years before quiting and joining "Zelkerk Protection and Retrieval", a privately owned bodyguard and retrieval services contractor. Ever since being hired on, Jaz has work a number of successful contracts with the company, and is currently being hired out by Johnny Sonata.
