OOCNotes: Terra is my one and only electricity character. I don't know why I struggle with those powers, but Terra has been a good opportunity to work with it. She has a love for video games, and would play an MMOrpg like CoH if given the chance. I got a lot of her power concept from Infamous the video game and love the way it makes her break gaming consoles repeatedly.

Looks

Terra doesn't really look like she's sixteen. She only stands around five foot, making her more middle school sized. She has some curves despite her height, but throws everyone off with her short white hair most of the time. She has surprisingly tan skin for how little she gets topside, but seems well fit for the color.

Personality

Shocking.

If there was a word for Terra it might be that right there, but there's a lot to her. She has an.. -attitude-. She tends to have a habit of biting off more than she can chew. She doesn't really have too many reservations and speaks her mind without thought to the consequences. Being a member of the resistance has only added more flavor to her vocabulary.

Terra also is a gamer at heart and will surprise you at the depth and knowledge she has behind most of them. The problem being, that she also tends to get a little.. involved in her gaming, often getting upset or outright angry at what she was playing. During these moments she will electrically surge her systems, thus causing most of her knowledge to just be the beginnings of games.. hardly ever the endings.

History

Terra Herts was born in Imperial City. Her life was picture perfect at first. She had a wonderful family, a nice home, and great friends. But when she turned 13, her life changed.

She started with a tic. A small unconscious movement that she would repeat over and over. Then it became twitches, and onto outright convulsions at times. Rapidly over two weeks, Terra went from completely normal to having seizures that involved electrical outbursts. She was quickly moved into the powers division program for the safety of her own family.

After this, Terra worked for a full year and a half turning 15 just as she gained control over her powers. But, even after being released back into her family's care, Terra just didn't feel the same anymore. She had a secret she had to keep, and it made her angry that no one seemed to understand what she was going through. Her grades fell steadily until she finally ran away.

Now 16 and with the Resistance, Terra never speaks a word to anyone about her past. She gets money however she can to supply her video game needs, and sticks to the underground below her once cherished city.
