SPACE!The hero known as Nimbus is one of the greatest spectacles I have witnessed in all of my surveillance operations. This mere human has the power of a god. He seems more like a mythical being than a super hero. The ability to control the very forces of nature is an incredible feat. We should all count ourselves lucky that this man fights for the cause of order. Should he ever turn to chaos the world as we know it could end up in potential disaster. Imagine one man with the ability to cause destructive hurricanes... I personally believe this is far too much raw power for one man. If it can be done, I recommend taking a DNA sample to replicate his powers for Orthrus' use.

SPACE!McCloud looked like an old pro on the battlefield. It was great to see a hero such as himself with my own eyes. Makes me wish we didn't have to fight, and the new breed of heroes would follow his example. Such is not the case...
