Welcome to the Rack, a goth club located two doors down from the Mutant store in Steel Canyon. To the outside, and to mundanes, it's a club that plays goth, electronica, trance, and even has retro nights. However, to those in the know, it's also a few other things.

First, it's an Elysium for vampires, in the sense that they can come here and take a dinner or two without having to go out and hunt. The owner and manager both make sure that the special members called "The Bitten" are free of any diseases or anything that could harm a Kindred.

Second, it's known in the underground as a place where one can get "The Kiss", a special drug that not only can get you stoned, but, with some people, can also make you near invincible for a short time. The owner doesn't give it out to anyone; you have to be vetted first.

Rules of the Dance

There are a few rules in addition to the ones usually found in Elysium.

  1. The Kindred can choose only from Bitten, who are marked with a noticeable neck tattoo of what looks to be a pair of holes in the neck with a drop of blood coming out of it. Those wearing neck coverings may be Bitten but aren't available that night for one reason or another.
    1. If the Bitten says no, they mean no. (However, if they seem to be stringing the Kindred on, they should be reported directly to the manager.)
    2. Ventrue patrons can BYOB or ask the manager beforehand if one is available.
    3. Bitten are to be used for feeding only. Anything else needs to be requested of the manager.
    4. Spoiler: All Bitten are Blood-Bonded to Bomber.
  1. The bouncers are well-equipped to deal with a jerk of a Kindred. They carry stakes, and know how to use them. (All have potence and celerity +1, PC's are +2)
