Character was created mostly to fulfill my one really villainous character, along with the fact I seem to RP with a lot of dragons...

Character History
Older then she looks, Ashi-aloth has been practicing magic, sparing, training and living among her kind for years. Always wary of humans, she did not agree with attempts to teach and train the creatures. When they rose up to hunt..slaughter her kind, her own tribe hid. The last of her tribe, she has returned to the world of humans and technology to better her sel, maybe even bring the world back to her kind.
Noteable Events
She was there for many of the human worlds advancements, mostly with a wary eye on them. During the two world wars, she would slaughter any soldiers that crossed her path, regardless of side or intents. During the Rikti Wars, she felt a thrill in hunting the new quary. They were able to put up enough of a fight against her, and this was something she deeply relished. As they fell by her Cold Flame, she felt the lust for life surge back into her, leaving her Tribes gtounds to see if any of her kind had merged into the modern world.
Appearance
Her skin is blue, as is normal for a blue dragon, adorned with the occasional spike or spine. Her left eye is covered, having been lost in battle ages ago. Her horns are keppt short and out of sight. Each wing is kept clean and functional. Her teeth are like daggers, sharp and serrated, perfect for eating meat, raw or otherwise.

Her powers of the Cold Flame are based off of teachings from her youth, during better times. Her attacks, each modified with cold flame, are especially dangerous. They can cause serve frostbite, Cold-contact burns and other cold disorders, on top of the trauma of the initial hit. Her strength and speed in combat are also impressive. she can easily take down opponents much larger. Her own skin and scales are much tougher then human skin, allowing her to resist a lot of damage. Coupled with the Cold Flame, she can suppress those blows further.
Fighting Style
A pure Dragon at heart, she is a vicious fighter. Swinging fist, raking with claws or even manipulating the Cold Flame into a blade, she fights until her opponent cannot move. If they are still alive, she has been known to deliver a Coup De Grace by tearing out their throat with her dagger like teeth. Her ruthless style combined with the mystic elements of her Cold Flame provide her with a rather grisly method of dispatching her opponents.
Personality
She has an intense distrust of humans, enjoying taking jobs from humans to hurt other humans. IT is rumored that her facial wounds were given to her by a human, beginning her distrust. Else it was the slaughter of her people by humans. Either way, she is very unhappy with them. She is often angered by the slightest perceived insult or threat. Having the powers to back herself up, this often ends messily. As far as her loyalty, she seems drawn to powerful leaders, yearning to be second in command to the most powerful Dragons she can find, if only to mother more powerful children, to assure that her line is not forgotten
Cold Flame
Her power is refereed to as the Cold Flame. She was taught to control and summon it, for both offensive and defensive abilities. The power is short ranged; the further it gets from her body, the less power it has to deal damage. It is very easy for her to use. Either covering her fists in the energy or creating pulses of it from her core, she can inflict serious wounds against others. Even able to alter it into a physical blade she can clash with swords men and brawlers alike. Defensively, it appears around her body in an instant, offering protection from nearly everything, from blades to bullets. The power itself seems to be a gift of sorts. From whom remains to be seen, but most guesses seem to place it in the domain of death.
