Threat Dossier
Personality
At first glance Ultraviolet is the a-typical Archvillainess, however, she is not so two dimensional. She has wants, desires, needs, and everything else anyone has, she is not simply an Archanos automaton killer. This full person psyche makes her a very dangerous foe. She understands many things especially about the way the mind works, she is a master manipulator of people, as well as a highly trained assassin, she is also trained in the ancient mystical Mu arts, and has a close relationship with things occult. She tends to portray what her enemy seems to think she is supposed to be like, then making a deviation in her actions that make people question there own motives.

Psychic Powers
Ultraviolet is naturally psychic, her talent powerful and well controlled. Her psychic strength is limited only by the mental energy she can draw from those around her, and by her ability to focus it. Her powers include telekinesis, focused mental blasts, and other talents that word find difficult to describe.
Telepathy
Ultraviolet's telepathy is exceptionally strong, this coupled with the awareness and attention to detail she has makes her telepathy skill nearly unparalleled to date. She finds that she naturally "knows" the desires and wants of those around her, making her a dangerous threat to anyone keeping a secret.
Mental Barrage
Her mental blasts can be used to incapacitate or used to deal lethal damage. Depending on her personal emotional state at the time of the attack Ultraviolet's mental blast can manifest physical damage as well as mental damage, known effects have been burning of the skin (3rd degree burns), burning the retinal of a foe (causing blindness), and similar damage. In times of great need Ultraviolet can summon up an amazing amount of psychic energy and release it in what is called the Psychic Wail, this effects everyone within a short distance of her about 10m. This power sends in all directions a massive influx of psychic energy that pierces the most resistant powers and stunning and burning the foes indiscriminately, this power is lethal as well and she has killed more than one person with it.
Mental Disruption
Ultraviolet has learned to use her mental powers to stun, hold and confuse her enemies, even as far as having them turn on allies in battle assisting her to defeat them. If she has the time to she can even imprint her will over them for longer periods of time, but this requires a great deal of effort from her and needs to have a catalyst, this catalyst can be sexual contact, she finds that the act of sex lowers mental barriers and the emotion behind the coupling makes her ability to twist their thoughts to her desires much easier, she has used this effect on several of her missions and assassinations as well. Earning her the "endearment" from her Patron Black Scorpion, the Black Widow.
Mu Mastery
While her patron within the Arcahnos society was Black Scorpion, was will be discussed later, She chose to learn the secrets of Mu Magic in specific mastery of the Mu lightning. She has the ability to summon up the mystical Mu energies and release them in a devastating lightning blast, and lighting ball. The ball effects more than one target as the ball is like a lighting grenade exploding in a radius leaping between her foes.
Widow Training
While She is a Fortunata she has not abandoned her widow training entirely, she still is able to deliver devastating lethal attacks hand to hand, used in conjunction with her Cloaking Device she and strike so completely she has been known to kill with a single shot. These powers are martial arts based and Ultraviolet still mains a vigorous physical training plan for herself, and with this can surprise a foe with her ability to meet them in melee as well as she can. This along with the Fortunata training of probablity analysis, she has the ability to almost "divine" her foes next move in combat, this is not an instant ability. She must spend some time with her foe in combat before this "divining" can become part of her combat strategy.
Other Powers
Flight: while it is known she can fly, how she does remains a mystery to even those who consider themselves her superiors in the Archanos Society
Air Superiority: She not only knows how to fly but how to attack a flying opponent and aerial combat.
Stamina: She heals faster and regains endurance faster than normal widows of her similar caliber and she also is able to manage her endurance in battle better than most allowing her to remain in combat longer than others usually can.
Known Associates
Black Scorpion Ultraviolet and Black Scorpion share the understanding that technology is as effective a tool as magic or even advance combat training, when used properly an advanced technological device can make the difference in the out come of any encounter. In that light Ultrviolet used several devices created for the Widows, her retractable knuckle claws, and assassins lunge blade, as well as devices like the infamous widow cloaking device. She is also known to use poison in her melee attacks with the Claws and lunge blade. However, since she has beaten Black Scorpion in personal combat not once but twice he refused to teach her the secrets of his armors, so she saught out the sorcerer [Scirocco] and learned the secrets of Mu Mastery instead. The Mu Sorceror was only happy to teach one of Black Scorpions "follower" it was a nice slap in his rivals face, also since she did beat up Black Scorpion twice the Mu Sorcerer thought it best she be beholden to him somehow.
