Character History
Angelo spent his teenage years hanging with the Resistance gangs in Madrid before turning informer and working undercover for the PPD. He built an impressive record within the law enforcement community working for the European Power Division, and a reputation as a fearless undercover agent. Few were surprised when he was handpicked by Bastille to head up the Unity Squads in the experimental city known as Paradise City which was being constructed on the old site of Ibiza.

Personality
Unismo likes to think that he projects a "Big Brother" facade, but often comes across as an egotistical bully instead.
He enjoys the power and status that his work gives him, and is prone to bragging about his exploits and how fearless and hard-nosed and uncompromising he had to be to save the day.
He holds little love for Primal Earth, seeing it as a backwards cosmic mistake in need of correcting.
Powers
Unismo's mutant nervous system generates far more electricity than normal. Through training he can localise this charge, and produce hi-voltage arcs, or "flutter" his field to interfere with nervous activity of those nearby. The effects can range from simple unconsciousness to disorientating temporal lobe seizures and hallucinations.
His mutant nervous system fires much faster than normal, thus allowing him to think and move faster than a human. His reaction time can be increased ten-fold when he "juices up", and he can run at speeds approaching 100km/h. His bones and tendons are stronger than normal, allowing him to withstand the rigours of superspeed travel without injury.
He works out obsessively, both in conventional strength training and using special electromagnetic weights that stress his mutant powers. This training is enhanced by the use of the power enhancing steroid HyperTribulus. He can bench press 120kg without using his powers, but has a personal best of 280kg using his magnetic gauntlets and Faraday cage, and will gladly bend the ear of anyone who expresses the slightest interest.
Weapons
Unismo wears a light Kevlar jacket, capable of deflecting small caliber fire. He carries standard issue zip-cuffs, power neutraliser shots and teleport discs.
He carries standard issue orgone cigarettes which enhance his powers, and smokes around 20 a day.
Abilities
Unismo is a black belt in Ju Jitsu. He is a talented iBall player He is also an amateur artist, musician and dancer.
Weaknesses and Limitations
Unismo's speed is not active most of the time, in order to allow him to communicate with normal humans. It takes a second or two to activate, hence he can be subdued quickly if caught by surprise
