War-Pulse is a known supervillain mercenary and hired thug who has recently attempted to go straight and become a vigilante of Paragon city. He is also one of the world's most powerful energy bio-weapons, given incredible powers from a young age, although why he was given these powers is not entirely common knowledge. By many he is considered hot-headed, violent, and aggressive to those around him, but that would only be skimping the surface of this criminal-gone-vigilante. Currently this metahuman resides in the Legionarres, a group who took him in once he got his name cleared to offer a sort of community service.
This was also the first character ever made on virtue of the player NeutralNexus.
