Legal Action 2005
In May of 2005, Marcus Trouvard, a Pharmaceutical Mogul (Former CEO of Alpha Aid) and then Chief Operations Officer of Westcare, was found innocent due to insanity in the Supreme Court in the State of Connecticut.
Trouvard was implicated with conducting inhumane experiments upon human test subjects in a location that was technically funded by Westcare.
Westcare claimed complete ignorance of Trouvard’s experiments and provided full cooperation with all legal proceedings.
The corporation entity of Westcare was found free of any true involvement and the case became The State Of Connecticut vs. Marcus Trouvard.
In the trial, Trouvard was proven innocent due to insanity and was placed within the care of the Hayden Care Center in Rhode Island.
