Body acts as a natural supercapacitor, storing massive electrical charges. Near-instant regenerative healing.
Known Abilities
Discharges lethal amounts of electricity into virtually any conductor he touches, with little to no ability to control. Voltage is high enough to arc through open air up to several feet. Capable of recovering perfectly from extremes of injury or mutilation; limits as yet unknown. Can accelerate healing even further through concentration.
Equipment
Specially-made insulated boots protect him from self-grounding. Gold-plated chains wrapped around his upper body, particularly his forearms and hands, enhance the conduction of electricity to opponents.
Notes: The voltages he puts out even unintentionally are lethal to normal humans. While his ear and sinus hairs remain, he is otherwise completely hairless since having developed scales.
