History
Background
Jenny Harris, aka Jade Mystery, was a Registered Hero of Paragon City. Jenny and Daniel Fagan, aka Gray Knight, had been waging a battle against the Outcast gang for some time when one of the gang's higher ranking members decided to come forward with information on some of the gang's activities. In exchange for his testimony, the DA offered him several years of probation in leiu of actual prison time. Jenny and Daniel were assigned to protect him while investigations were under way.
During that time, Alan Frost, known in the Outcasts as Thin Ice, provided information leading to the arrest of several key members of the gang, throwing the already barely cohesive gang into near chaos. Frostfire, the gang's founder and leader, managed to regain control of the gang's activities, and placed a bounty on his former leiutenant's head. During an attempt by several of the lower gang members to claim that bounty, Daniel was killed and only because Alan helped Jenny fend off their attackers did they survive.
Alan and Jenny grew closer after that, eventually falling in love and getting married. When Jenny became pregnant, they decided to name the child after Daniel, as a way to honor his memory. Danielle Wrynn Frost was born December 10, 1988 at 3:42 AM, with a head full of red hair and stormy gray eyes.
As the child of two mutants, it was unsurprising that Dani ended up developing similar abilities to her parents. She inherited her father's ability to manipulate ice, although on a much more pronounced scale, and some of her mother's telepathic skills, though these are relatively minor, and she usually keeps strong shields in place that don't allow anything in or out. She can create armor out of ice, which is surprisingly resilient to attack - most things just seem to slide right off. The price for this ability, however, seems to be that her body is almost constantly near freezing, although she can suppress the chill that is given off if she wants to.
When she reached 18, she decided that she wanted to follow in her mother's footsteps and become a hero. Both her parents blessed her in this endeavor, and so she registered with the name 'Cicle, the nickname her cousin had used for her since she could remember. Her 'costume' consists of blue-dyed leather and silver accents, with a small mask, though she doesn't actively try to hide her identity.
Dani is also attending PCU, majoring in Web Design.
