Character History
Not a lot is known about the man known as Action Librarian. He seems on the surface as an ordinary citizen until he activates his powers. Then he stands out as one of the heroes of Paragon City. Many who have spoken with him wonder if he may be mentally ill because he does discuss things which seem improbable even for Paragon City. Also his occasional dressing as a Grand Inquisitor leads to this speculation. However this may all be part of a strange sense of humor which he possesses
Character Trivia
The name Action Librarian started off as a joke among friends who write humorous captions to random images. When I began playing City of Heroes, I saw a chance to carry that joke one step further.
