Origin

The Arrowminded belongs to an order of enlightened monks hidden in a secret Himalayan mountain valley. In youthful folly the archer accidentally killed the order's spiritually perfect leader with an arrow straight to his heart. To cleanse his karmic debt his elders ordered him to go on a long journey until he found the place where he would fulfill his destiny.

He left the monastery where he had spent his entire life until that moment, and experienced many adventures, until he finally arrived in Paragon City. Sensing that this was a place where the karmic wheel hangs in the balance, ready to tip one way or another, the Arrowminded decided to stay until his fate was settled.

Powers

The Arrowminded is a master of zen archery^[1] and has unlocked several psychic abilities^[2] through decades of meditation and study with the masters of his order.

Goals

A great event is going to take place in Paragon City. The Arrowminded believes it will decide the fate of the world, and that he will have an important part to play in it. Until he finds out what his destiny has in store for him he will practice his art and strive for perfection, to make sure he's ready when the moment comes.
