Barometrica is a heavy-RP character created to participate in a supergroup led by one of the regulars in The Cape Radio's global channel. I thought it'd be fun, and so far she's a Defender I enjoy playing.

Personality
Barometrica is a kind-hearted girl, shy and reserved in manner, who looks for the good in everyone. She gets nervous very easily, which exacerbates the slight stutter she normally has when speaking. She's loyal to the end to her friends, and tries her best for the group even though she's relatively new to her powers.
Powers
Barometrica has the power to create and manipulate weather and storms, and can also harness the electricity they create. While she can utilize the electricity directly, she typically harnesses it with her superconducting capacitive gauntlets or wristbands she wears, allowing her to store it for later use if needed, as well as providing greater focus.

Weaknesses and Limitations
For all Barometrica's knowledge, she is a bit naieve about the worlds surrounding her, finding some things very hard to understand or comprehend. Her speech impediment also can prove troublesome in particularly pressing situations, as the stuttering gets worse the more nervous Barometrica is. Her naievity also lends her to be very trusting, possibly to a fault. Her always looking for the good in everything and everyone may make her overlook some warning signs about bad things to come.
Equipment
Barometrica possesses a set of finely-engineered, superconducting gauntlets with capacitative properties, which she uses to harness and control static electricity generated from her storm controlling abilities. These gauntlets give her finer control and focus of the energies, as well as the ability to store it for later use so she does not have to constantly use her storm powers.
Barometrica also possesses and utilizes a standard Tomorrow Knights-issue Flight Ring, enabling her to fly through the air without having to constantly use her storm powers to keep her aloft.
